DRY INGREDIENTS:
5 CUPS FLOUR ( I USED BREAD FLOUR)
3 TBS SUGAR
5 TSP BAKING POWDER
2 TSP SALT
1TSP BAKING SODA
WET INGREDIENTS:
1 STICK COLD BUTTER
5 TBS BUTTER FLAVORED SHORTENING
2 1/2 CUPS BUTTERMILK
1 PACK FAST RISE YEAST
1/2 STICK MELTED BUTTER
HONEY

I am so glad I found you! You made me think of cooking with my Grandma when I was a kid. The flour got spread out right on the kitchen table for her to roll out dough. I don't think I ever saw her use a measuring cup. She used an ancient Corningware tea cup to "measure" ingredients.
I died when you used the little bowl to cut out the biscuits. That was my Gram all the way....empty soup can, cup, bowl...whatever was around!
