  • John from www.discountjuicers.com/ shares with you how to make the most powerful, full strength, ginger turmeric shots using the green star pro juicer.
In this episode, you will learn the three ingredients John uses to make the most powerful turmeric ginger shot and how he stores the juice for up to 5 days to drink a few ounces every day to get the immune-building benefits as well as anti-inflammatory benefits of the ginger and the turmeric. You will learn why John uses the Green Star Pro to make his full-strength juice and you will learn how you can make a week of shots at a time, and store it properly so that there is a minimal nutrient loss.
You will also discover how to extract the most juice out of your ginger and turmeric by re-juicing the pulp after it comes out of the juicer. You will discover if it is necessary to buy organic ginger and turmeric and if it is ok to juice the conventional ginger and turmeric.
Next, you will discover the proper ordering of ingredients so that you can minimize the staining of the juicer due to the pigments in the Tumeric.
You will then discover what this full-strength ginger turmeric shot tastes like when John drinks the 3 ounces that he drinks on a daily basis when he is not traveling. You will learn if you should also drink this amount or not.
Next, you will learn the secret to storing your juice so that it can last up to 5 days in the fridge with minimal nutrient loss.
You will then learn how you can get a second pressing out of the ginger and turmeric pulp to extract more of the beneficial phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals out of the juice by re-juicing the pulp with a virgin pineapple and carrots.
Finally, John will share what the pineapple, carrot, ginger turmeric juice tastes like.
After watching this episode, you will learn many tips and tricks that you can use when juicing to maximize the nutrition you are able to extract out of the produce, and how you can juice less often by storing your juices under vacuum, so you can more often have full-strength ginger turmeric shots at home
You will learn the specific tips and tricks you will need to do to juice fruits successfully in the Green Star Pro or Green Star Elite Juicer.
Along the way, you will learn many tips about juicing in the twin gear juicer and much, much more.

I make a batch for the week in my blender. Turmeric, ginger, lemon, Cayenne, cinnamon and black pepper. 4 shots a day (12 tablespoons) & it hasn't gone bad on me yet. I used to be worried about having an exact measurement of everything. But then I realized that I was still getting the benefits of everything without an exact recipe. Thank you for your videos. I've been watching them for the last 12 years now & have learned a lot from you. Happy trails.

Thanks for all the tips, John! I own a Greenstar Pro, but I must admit that when it comes to pineapple juice blends I use my Tribest Slowstar instead because of the foaming. I’ll check out your video on juicing fruits in the Greenstar. I love making ginger shots. A little Apple or celery goes a long way in making it easier to drink. I store mine in 4oz canning jars filled to the rim.

John, I love all of your videos!!! I typically juice : ginger & turmeric with my Breville Juice Fountain Plus (it wastes a bit of my turmeric though), however I would like to buy a new juicer that will EFFECTIVELY juice them plus celery, spinach, apples, pineapples & pomegranates.
Which juicer would juice all of these effectively? I've had my eyes on the "Pure Juicer". Can you PLEASE make a recommendation?

so it may be worth testing if u could fill up some sort of syringe looking thing with the finished product and simply squeeze (if thats the right term idk lol) out ur 3 oz serving size every day w/o having to revacuumize over and over
