    Ginger shots are nothing new. They are sold everywhere, from regular grocery stores and health food stores to juice bars and even cafes. You can also purchase them online and have them shipped straight to your doorstep.
    Other than ginger shots (or ginger lemon shots), they are also often labeled as wellness shots, ginger elixirs, or ginger tonics. The main ingredients are freshly squeezed ginger juice and lemon juice, but other ingredients, such as coconut water, honey, or cayenne pepper, are quite frequent as well.
    These immunity-boosting ginger shots are the perfect start to a day. They are like a magical elixir and will keep you in tip-top shape all year. The flavor is a bit intense, especially if you are new to ginger shots, but so tasty!

    Try ginger juiced with pineapple 🍍 & English or Persian cucumber 🥒.
    Lemon 🍋 &/or cinnamon can be added also.
    We love ginger shots with berries too.
    Very tolerable! Very cleansing!

      I'm don't do well with spicy, so I'm happy to know that I'm not crazy in regards to how it tastes. I honestly thought I made it incorrectly because I was feeling it for a bit until I started eating.

    I was curious to know how much it cost for a 2 oz. shot of ginger, turmeric shot, $5.00. I do have an Omega juicer so I decided to juice my own. I’ve made 24 shots (2oz) each. Cost me $20.00 to get ingredients, ginger, 1lb of turmeric some apples, oranges, & lemons. It tastes just like the juice bar.🤙🤙🤙

    Hello. So which method do you prefer? Or do they yield the same results?

    • @nutritionrefinedasmr7025
      @nutritionrefinedasmr7025  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They do yield the same result, but I prefer juicing because I can make a larger batch really quickly. Grating the ginger is pretty fast too.

  • @nlynch8506
    @nlynch8506 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello thank you for the info ..what did I miss? It was being grated then juiced..how did you get to liquid consistency for lemon ginger?

    • @nutritionrefinedasmr7025
      @nutritionrefinedasmr7025  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fist, I poured the juice over the strainer into the glass (you can see quite a bit of juice on the plate from grating ginger + I added the lemon juice) and then at 1:08 you can see me pressing on the ginger pulp in the strainer to get even more juice out of the ginger.

  • @azimmiza8298

    do i have to strain it? i’m used to blend ginger and lemon altogether and just drink it without straining it. is there any difference in terms of benefits?

    • @nutritionrefinedasmr7025
