    Try ginger juiced with pineapple 🍍 & English or Persian cucumber 🥒.
    Lemon 🍋 &/or cinnamon can be added also.
    We love ginger shots with berries too.
    Very tolerable! Very cleansing!

    I put a huge handfull of ginger, garlic ,lemon,raw honey, and a bottle of kombucha into my vitamix and afterward strain into a bowl and then pour into the bottle via funnel and refrigerate .
    You can add a dash of cayenne if you can handle.

      I'm don't do well with spicy, so I'm happy to know that I'm not crazy in regards to how it tastes. I honestly thought I made it incorrectly because I was feeling it for a bit until I started eating.

      Totally! Curcumin has amazing anti-inflammatory properties and I have made ginger shots with it several times. And yes, you can grate it just like ginger.

    I was curious to know how much it cost for a 2 oz. shot of ginger, turmeric shot, $5.00. I do have an Omega juicer so I decided to juice my own. I’ve made 24 shots (2oz) each. Cost me $20.00 to get ingredients, ginger, 1lb of turmeric some apples, oranges, & lemons. It tastes just like the juice bar.🤙🤙🤙

    • @nutritionrefinedasmr7025
      @nutritionrefinedasmr7025  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fist, I poured the juice over the strainer into the glass (you can see quite a bit of juice on the plate from grating ginger + I added the lemon juice) and then at 1:08 you can see me pressing on the ginger pulp in the strainer to get even more juice out of the ginger.
