John, I just started juicing about three weeks ago, and I wanted to let you know how much information I’ve learned by watching your TH-cam video’s. I am shopping many of the juicers that you test on your channel, I have narrowed it down to three as of this message. I could not have got such detail and time test information as you have shown your followers, I know your videos are a bit long but detailed to help the consumers like me. I first saw you on good gardening techniques, again good stuff offered by you, I now compost and have multiple gardens around my home. Thank you and keep it coming, James
After I watched your video this morning, I ordered the ceramic knife set. It was delivered about an hour ago. Just finished cutting up some fruits and veggies for my afternoon juice. Wow! Best knives I've ever used. It's like cutting through soft butter! Thanks so much for this video.
I just got the Omega VSJ843 for Xmas from discount juicers. So I'm all over this. We wanted to support John and all his great info. John make a video on your top 5 juice recipes of all time...and why. Im really curious.
I bought a VSJ right as the pandemic hit, and boy was I glad I did, because it's been sold out everywhere since! I'm trying to do beet juice as often as possible, because the plant nitrates soften your blood vessels and allow your blood to carry more oxygen. Athletes take it, because it's a fully legal way to increase performance, but in theory it would also prevent a lot of the issues covid causes.
Wow! Great idea!!! :D John, you should really do that! Just make an online course for kids. There are a lot of parents who would very happily pay for that! You teach the children something wonderful very early in life so chances are bigger that it'll stick with them for the rest of their life and you get an extra stream of (passive) income :D
Super helpful, except some of these products cannot be found at the moment. I am in need of a vacuum seal lid like the Solgit or the staingless steel one. Can anyone help?
Thank you for all your super informative videos John. I bought a juicer from year maybe 10 years ago for my mom and will come back when I get another one for me.
very helpful, thank you! However one important question for all those who have a horizontal juicer: Are you ware of any "juice collecting vessel" (made of GLASS) that will fit under for example the omega 8006? I haven't been able to find one yet. Thank you!
Anybody have any idea where one could find those awesome stainless steel vacuum silicone gasket storage mason jar Lids. ? They are out of stock from where ? 😫. Please share
God bless you, John. Love our VSJ843QR, but a tab on the motor housing broke off (under the bowl) on Dec 7th.......no response from Omega/Legacy after multiple e-mails [they don't use phones now, e-mail only....which I guess they don't use either]. Had the VSJ since July 2018, use(d) it daily.......guess I will be forced to buy another juicer, but it won't be another Omega. I am glad you offer so many choices on discountjuicers.com I have been a customer of yours for 20+ years and will continue to be, I (we) trust you.......more than I can say about so many others these days. Thank you John.
Honestly, I’m hearing that most of the juicers are having warranty issues/delays due to the strict Covid protocols of South Korea! I would not purchase a new one until you can verify this info. Keep in mind, that most of these juicers are made in the same factory by their parent company: Hurom...
@@Bacnow The warranty is dealt with in the USA, nothing to do with South Korea. It also would have no bearing on buying a new juicer. I had a problem contacting Omega customer service in the USA.....sent John a msg, and within 48 hrs the problem was resolved with Omega. They have a protocol......send them a pic that you cut the power cord on the motor, keep the parts, and they sent me a complete new juicer that arrived less than 36hrs later. I was frustrated when I made the reply above......but John was exactly good for his word. I have been buying from John for 20 years....and will continue as needed. I am in TN and the replacement was shipped from KY. I would NOT HESITATE to buy a new Omega juicer today, as long as it was from John at discountjuicers.com
I was frustrated at the time I made the above reply. Brother John, please accept my apology. Hello John, I enjoy watching ur videos very much and find them so educational, so much so that I have just bought, for starters, a second-hand Omega VRT350HD and am getting ready to shop for greens and fruits this week. If my attempt to convert myself into a juicer-person, I will graduate to buy the Omega vertical that's your favorite from your web store. Do u have a beginner's recipe book that u can recommend so that I can increase my chances of success? Thank u and continued success to you and your endeavors!
Got them today they only have the 32 oz in stock and is a little big but well worth it! I'll be getting the smaller 16 oz bottle once they have it in stock.
Thank you for this! A quick warning about chlorella - Medical Medium says that although it can dislodge heavy metals, it dumps them in other parts of the body. :( A better powder for detox would be wild blueberry powder, spirulina powder, or pitaya (dragonfruit). I just ordered several of these products. Thank you so much for your recommendations! (PS- Unfortunately, the SANS bottles are now unavailable. Looks like they went out of business?)
John, I've been "binge watching" learning about juicing since watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", by accident. (or was it fate). This vid was a solid 10, hit it out of the park. It is very over-whelming looking for the best juicer for me. I always read comments and sort from lowest to highest. I'm about 90% sold on the Omega VSJ, the only negatives I have read concern celery. I'm not looking to juice just celery, but want to add to my juicing. Is this a concern for the VSJ? Some people don't like celery, because it is stringy. I don't mind cutting up the celery.
