Good luck if your struggling just have 1 a day at midnite only tough to mantain but doable well it is for me just find it tough to quit for good and never smoke again that's the tricky bit
@Chris-iu3vl very difficult to stop and never smoke again that's the hard bit but easy to just have 1-2 a day only and no more but the main aim is to quit for good or never start but easier said than done
Thank you so much. I’m 72 and was taken aback by how I’m feeling 7 weeks out. I feel relieved knowing it’s all very normal. Thank you so much for the explanation
Best advice I got was any time I thought about having a smoke, was to think about something else. The craving only lasts for a few seconds or a minute . Focus on something else. I worked for me after 30 years of smoking, that was 10 years ago. You can do it !
Thanks for advice, been smoking for 47 yrs,I want to quit but I haven't committed myself, I quit heroine when I was 21 along with other drugs but go figure. Thanks
Best Video that I have seen till now on this topic. Thank you so much Doctor Air. Had been smoking for about 30 years and I am off smoke for 4 weeks successfully now but struggling with sleep issues. Under doc suggestion - Taking sleeping tablet (low mg) for 20 days. I wonder how many days do i need to take this tablet before tapering down. Dr. Air or @anyone who has gone through this, kindly share your experience to help me succeed. Thanks All!
Why does nicotine withdrawal Keep me awake my only explanation I can think of is the dopamine receptors craving a new hit of dopamine so is flexing my mind to be awake searching for away to get that fix
Fooood ! Whats up with the food craving ? Everything taste like heaven 😍
I'm trying to stop smoking wish me luck 🙏💪

Don't try, do. there is no "try". You either do or you don't. Hope you are doing great!
