I had my last cig 12/31/24. What symptoms do you have? I have diarrhea, cough so bad I get a headache, wheezing, waking up at 4:30am, tired, very tired, then not so tired. Phlegm finally started to come up. Dizzy spells. Keep thinking it's time to go outside to smoke. BUT, I know I can do this and I will be happier because I will be healthier.
Day 12th of Nicotine free and I still has the flu, buy my phlegms colour has improved
Now it's night 2 clock and now I can't sleep because caught
