Getting close to that 7K!!! Great job and love the videos. My favorite,,, I’m a sucker for maples and Oshio-Beni is at the top. I could use that ficus for my small collection please!!
Congratss! On climbing up there to 7K!! Where is this nursery you are walking around in? So many gorgeous trees! As far as my favorite tree?? I dk. I want them all. Maybe the Brazilian Rain Tree I just got?? Dawn Redwood, Bald Cypress, Japanese Larch? I just love and want one of everything! LOL I have a Japanese Maple in my front yard that I paid decent money for about 10-15 years ago. It has gorgeopus red bark on the winter. When is the best time to do an air layer? In my amature knowledge, I planted said tree too close to the house and I have a branch struggling half under the gutter to my porch overhanging roof and part squished up against the gutter. I would love to have part of this tree as a bonsai! That would be epic! But when is the best time to do that? That Willow Leaf is gorgeous and I swear it came back so vibrant and happy after it's repot! The pot you picked is beautiful!
Thank you very much 😁. So this place is in Emory Texas at I dig it bonsai. Lots of beautiful trees, but i agree Japanese maples are so beautiful unfortunately here in my balcony they get fried even under shade. But i would say in spring is the best time to airlayer , once the leafs look mature you can start working om airlayers 😁. I am sure the tree has some nice old looking branches that will make a great bonsai
