    📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
    2 Eggs
    85g (7 tbsp) Sugar
    6g (1/2 tbsp) Yeast
    270ml (1.1 cup) Milk
    500g (3.2 cup) Bread flour/wheat flour
    6g (1 tsp) Salt
    90g (6 tbsp) Unsalted butter
    Mold size (450g) : 20.8x11.8x11cm
    160°C (320°F) bake for about 30-35 minutes

      I made it so good. I added extra sugar and extra butter and extra egg yolks and condensed milk. So yummy

    Hii! Sometimes we make mistakes, because we always go to buy ready-made bread or bread box from the supermarket, when we can then make it at home with just a few ingredients! Sure the leavening time is a little long but it's definitely worth it! For example, I've never tried to make it at home for fear it wouldn't come out right, but sooner or later I have to try! thanks for the recipe it looks delicious 👍😍👏

      Agreed! My dog is 16 years old, she is older than my kids...I feed my dog with fresh homemade food , the bread is one of her favorites ..

      Don't doubt you. About 10years ago my cat got killed by whiskers brand biscuits (the one with the little pillows/packets) vet said that food causes crystals in their urinary tract...horrible death. R.i.p sooch

      Don't cook potatoes over 440° as the starches become cancer causing (most oven ready potato foods have a cook temp of 450). And there's no safe plastics 🤷 stay natural people, at least until we know what we're doing with our chemicals.

      Kibbles (pellets) is a big problem, raw fresh food is better in my opinion.

    Looks great, but while it may not require a mixer it does require a heck of a lot of hands on work instead - think I'll stick with the bread maker for everyday bread and maybe use this method for holidays.

    I tried this recipe 3 times now. I keep having problems with the dough being too sticky.. and the results are nowhere near what I see on the video. What am i doing wrong here?

      Me too, I think she just kneads for a veeery long time and adds a bit more flour off cam. Either way the video is nice but it’s not a great recipe to follow. I would recommend letting the dough rise overnight and the next day coating the table and dough more generously with flour before kneading the dough a bunch more until it’s nice and soft but not sticky, letting that rise for another hour, then punch it down, roll, cut down into the 6 pieces and follow from there.

      Too sticky means you need more flour usually. Make sure when you’re measuring you’re using grams for flour and not liquids. The volume is different.

      Don't despair. Too sticky means you did not knead it enough. Hence the end result was a hard bread. When I first started making bread, I was told to knead until I passed the *windowpane test* . From my experience, it took a while to get to that stage. It depends on your flour, your hand strength (if you are using hand) and the skills as kneading bread dough requires certain techniques.
      Basically your aim is to form gluten in the dough and making it elastic and stretchy. Hence a smooth and bouncy dough is formed. In the past I took around 25 mins by hand to achieve that. If you have a strong pair of hands, you can knead the dough quickly. Otherwise you may use your stand mixer with a hook attachment and definitely less time consuming than hand-kneading.
      I loved my fluffy breads. I am sure you will love yours too!
      So, please do not give up in making bread. Keep on trying. Keep on learning. Get the right techniques and don't ever forget that windowpane test I've mentioned earlier. It is a sign that your dough is sufficiently kneaded. Also let your bread dough rise really well before you bake it.
