-Didn’t report her missing daughter for 31 days
-Had a foul smell in her car
    -Freakin blamed her own father
-Partied while the little child was missing
    -Lied about her workplace
-Lied about the whole nanny BS
-Isn’t concerned about her baby even she’s released

Because in the us justice system, those things legally do not prove murder. I bet if this wasn't a death row case, the prosecution would've gotten their win. jury isn't gonna sentence someone to death if they can't even answer how she was killed

Oh she is guilty alright. But the system need more proof and put her in the murder scene, know the weapon used and even bring a reason. Sadly, they couldn't do it. Before anyone criticize the system, that in this case made a guilty person walk free, it is important it is like that to protect who is innocent too. Sadly, despise the public sentiment and judgement (and yes i DO believe she is guilty as fuck), the case was weak against her.

1.The blanket they found wrapped around her was matched to a set found in Casey's house.
2.The stickers on her were also identical to stickers in Caseys house.
3.Testing revealed evidence of a corpse having been in her trunk.
4.Not only was she seen out partying 24/7 just days after Caylee went missing, she also got a tattoo in a different language on her body.
The tattoo said "I love my life"
    or something like that.
    5. There's multiple witnesses that testified that prior to Caylees death, that Casey was drugging her with childs nyquil and stuff like that so she could go out partying.
What I think happened is she gave her too much nyquil or whatever on either on accident or on purpose and then she panicked, dumped her body, and concocted a story about how "Zanny the nanny" took her so she'd be ready when
    people came asking about Caylee.

And she abused the hell out of it trying to get high. I have no doubt that she frequently gave some to her daughter so that she could go out and party and not have to worry about her. Completely forgot about OJ for a minute. Sadly, he's in jail for stealing baseball memorabilia and not for the murder of his ex-wife and her friend. Even though I do believe that OJ killed Nicole, I still think Casey is number one. Like Casey Anthony takes the crown for being down right neglectful (she literally left everyone in the dark for a month about her daughter and was partying and doing her "own investigation" about her daughter's "disappearance" for most of that month) and she was only found guilty for giving law enforcement false information. OJ didn't get time for the murders but idk who else could get away with murder the way she did when she was bluntly careless about Caylee since before she was even born.

One thing I CANT get over, is her crying when she was told she was guilty yet she didn't fucking cry when she was told the body was her own damn daughters... that for me would be evidence enough! She's a mom, how can she not cry or be surprised about her daughters(a little child's!!) body being found dead in a ditch. Regardless if the body in the ditch was Caylee or another child, I'd be just as heartbroken. I'm not a mom at all(except with fur babies) but I cry almost every time there is a child's body found or a child was murdered. How on earth is that not something that... ugh!! I know you posted this long ago but I just got up the strength to watch it because even I was pissed off by the verdict and how stupid that jury was and just everything... this case does get me upset. The only thing that should be "unsolved" about this case is HOW Caylee died... not not who did it.

I've watched a lot, and I mean obsessed with true crime, and you are hands down the best at presenting the story. The fact that you have at times, included family, do your due diligence and fact check, and present it in a such a sequential, well thought out way, is the best! You always seem to find tidbits that were never presented before and I so love your contributions back to the organizations that are helping children. Keep up the great work!

You forgot to mention the part about how her boyfriend admitted she used xanax all the time and there's a theory that she gave Caylee Xanax to make her sleep. Hence, "Zanny the nanny" having her. Because xanny is a nickname/street name for Xanax.

I know moms who have lost children, they become very depressed and even if it wasn't their fault they hurt for YEARS. The pain of burying a child is something that one cannot describe. One does not need to be Sherlock to know she is guilty.
