iv been stricked carnivore for over 5 months stayed positive and never cheated once and i haven't experienced any benefits. my health has been declining since i started. i was also sick before i started. still sticking to carnivore because i believe in my heart that this is the true way to heal my body. i feel its not the diet that made me worse but the fact by body is trying to purge all the toxins out. thanks for spreading the msg and helping other god bless

Keep going. Not everyone has instant results. Some people take 12 or 24 months to reverse insulin resistance (metabolic syndrome).
Make sure you cut out all seed oils, processed foods, carbs and sugars.
Perhaps look into Intermittent Fasting ? Try One Meal a Day (OMAD). That might be helpful. Obviously, moving around and getting sunshine is very healthy.
Channels worth following are Dr Jason Fung, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Eric Berg, Dr Sten Ekberg, Dr Pradip Jamnadas, Dr Becky Gillaspy. Everyone makes it. So will you :-)

@@MythicxSkillz Mince. Steak. Lamb, chicken, pork, fish, whale, moose, reindeer, crab, cod liver oil.
Anything that is not processed nor possesses non human food.
      Learn to read food labels.
No seed oils, sugars, carbs and processed foods.
Tinned fish in brine is healthy.
If this all sounds too hard then just cut out the bread for 3 months and see what happens.

It can take months to release oxalates and other plant toxins, and even several years for the seed oils to fully pass through your system. Bless you on your journey and I hope you start to feel better!

There's a new study that says that cod liver oil and any B3/B6 is harmful. Also carnivore doctors don't recommend pork in general (It makes me feel bad too). Also, I had to do a micotherapy treatment to heal my leaky gut, which is probably what you have. I also got a special test for parasites and found out I have 2, so I had to heal that too, not with antibiotics! And that's making me feel better

After 6 months of full carnivore, I still don't feel good, I feel better than being a vegetarian. But to heal my leaky gut I have to do a micotherapy, which takes sometime, and heal parasites too. It's not that simple as just wait

I’ve been strict carnivore for over 3 years. Still suffering from severe leaky gut. I’m having major histamine reactions to literally everything, even raw beef and fat.

People overestimate how much other care about what you eat and drink

I care about my friend who has dietebes. I care about what she eats. I care a lot about what other people eat and drink.
Also another way to look at this: I was talking to an Asian about being low carb myself. They told me about a time when they were culturally pressured to eat a dessert. Personally, I don't understand the cultural pressure to eat food but it happens. It's comparable to birthday cake. Someone bought you a cake or made you a cake and then you say you don't want it.

Its very hard for many to say no to the birthday cake🤣

@@sawa1067 I was more so thinking when I show up to places and only eat meat and drink water, no one really cares. I do wish everyone could eat healthy though
