Change those kcups to a different natural cup or get a stainless steel one. The kcup has aluminum and plasticz both will leach into you coffee and cause leaky gut. Aluminum has been shown to aid in the cause of dementia.
Change out your pan too if it’s nonstick. That is incredibly toxic. Use cast iron. Nothing sticks to it if it’s taken care of and seasoned, etc. Thanks for recipe!
Pancakes arent pancakes unless they have a sweet syrup of nomekind on them. These however look like a great muffin substitute, where you could make these, some nacon, eggs and cheese and make a fantastic breakfast sandwich.
Good question! I use low fat cottage cheese to make my protein pancakes (th-cam.com/video/sJit3AhUL94/w-d-xo.html), but I haven't tried it in this recipe yet. If you do, please let me know how the pancakes turn out! Thanks so much for stopping by.

My guess is the egg whites needed to be a little stiffer - I'd try beating them longer or using more cream of tartar if you're okay adding it. Folding the egg whites in gently and cooking the batter immediately can make all the difference too! I hope they turn out amazing next time! Thanks so much for trying them out! :)
I found that beating the egg whites separately and then folding them into the yolks results in fluffier pancakes, but as long as they taste good, why not use whatever method works best for you! Thanks for stopping by and commenting. :)
I just tried these, and they turned out great! They’re fluffy and delicious. 🙂

@@DesertMinnowMay I ask the approximate qty. this makes at the size you made? It looks like 9-12??
Yes, I usually get about 10 pancakes around this size. Thanks for the question. I hope you enjoy them! :)
I made these again for breakfast today and got 12 pancakes out of my batter. So filling! Enjoy! 🥞🤗
Can you freeze the extra pancakes?

How do you think subbing blended low fat cottage cheese for the cream cheese would do?? I definitely want to try it!

Why is it that my pancakes come out like crepe

Definitely too much work that necessary. Other videos show the entire wggs with the cheese mixed together not separate
