I had to laugh at myself on this one, afterwards anyhow - I'd be lying if I said I wasn't concerned about a baffle strike when it first happen. I for sure thought it was toast - aside from threading the suppressor on and the CAM-Lok system, what are you folks using to attach your suppressor to your pistol? I'm open to different ideas...
It was legit haha, for this you’d use a Nielsen booster and yes I was using one on this setup. For tilting barrel pistols it’s a necessity. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad - be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@@VPTACTICAL thanx for responding. So I have a YHM R9 can I had to buy the booster to use with my dagger will that set up work for the micro? I'm on 3cr tac as we chat lol
@billmateer1415 Yessir that’s exactly what I did - if you’re booster threads on and works on your standard dagger, then you can swap it over to your micro that has a threaded barrel. Works like a charm - only difference in mine was using a quick disconnect system vs. threading it on, but either way it’ll work.
I was stunned that’s for sure, utter disbelief lol. I’ve owned suppressors for a long time and never had that happen. Guess there’s a first for everything 🤷🏻♂️. I’m happy there wasn’t any baffle strikes either, I checked it out and once I saw it was gtg back on it went & I kept shooting.
I'm going for the whole assembly, should be here this week. At some point I'll try just the shoe - some folks swear by the P80 one. There's plenty of options out there, hopefully more complete assembly's come to market given the amount of micro's that'll be floating around soon.
@@IjustWANTbothTEAMStoHAVEfun I’ve heard great things, maybe something I’ll try myself. Thanks for the comment! Btw which model micro are you running? Round count?
@VPTACTICAL I have about 500 through the comp slide and about 100 through the short slide guy. Just my opinion but I'll definitely carry the comp. Both shoot well but it's noticeably flatter shooting. I have the tp in the comp one and it's the best glock trigger I've pulled but feels plenty safe for carry. I've replaced my g18 sized daggers with p80 shoes too with very good results
@MrKrusen70 Great question - in theory it should fit, however, since it is a longer barrel and has threads this could be an issue with lock up & function. Assuming it did work, it might not take advantage of the built in “comp”/ports. You’re essentially defeating the purpose of the comp. You’d be better off with a X-1 slide which has the longer g48 length barrel and then swap in a threaded barrel. Alternatively get your self an extreme carry slide in lieu of the C-1, then put on the threaded barrel. The 3-CR barrel in a C-1 would barely make it to the end of the slide, thus you wouldn’t be able to attach anything to it anyhow. I hope this helps! The extreme carry and c-1 have the same barrel length, whereas the x-1 has a g48 length slide AND barrel.
Great question - they are not, federally regulated yes but not illegal. You buy it, pay for your tax stamp and wait until they complete your background check. Once approved then you can pick it up. Fairly straightforward, I hope this helps! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸

I gasped out loud when that thing went flying off 😅😂
That makes two of us, along with a few choice words 😂🤣
This is cool. Did you have a shock adapter for the suppressor being it was a Glock type pistol?

Trigger shoe only or the whole assembly.
