That new cube you wouldn't tell us what it is? It's possible Gan did announce it ... last year. In a video interview Cubicle did with Jiang Ganyuan, the founder of Gan, in Nov 2021, Gan said they were going to release a 5x5 and a Square-1 this year.

I'll definitely do a comparison soon. I don't want to say which one I "preferred" at the moment. As far as which of the tornadoes I would suggest at the end of that review video I go through why so I might want one or the other.
Didn't think they were making "frosted". It's just the surface. Do you want glossy and grippier or not glossy and less grip. I polish up my matte puzzles. Some people tend to prefer them.
Tornado v3 seems like a lot better option: it has non-maglev version if you don't like maglev for some reason, it has a lot more simple yet flexible adjustment system (I didn't try v3 yet but v2 has really wide range of settings, guess v3 must be at least as good), it has glossy plastic by default, it is smaller, quieter, cheaper. There might be reasons you prefer GAN cube: you especially like GAN cubes; you especially like this GAN cube (for some reason); your times are close to WR; you can buy whatever for collection.

You could always put them on 2x speed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ seriously though. These are the unboxing. The reviews are more packed with Information. I would say to wait for the reviews instead of the unboxing.

You definitely need to set it up and use it for a bit. I didn't like it right away, but angstrom setup and a touch of dnm made it quite nice

I got mine from the Gan factory, not from SCS. SpeedCubeShop and other companies show they will ship mid-late October.

nah tornado v3 is much more better in term of price, performance, and feel. The Gan just awful, is it's so expensive
