I had the same problem as you when I started cubing. I started cubing in my twenties so realistically it was hard to develop TPS. Anyhow, I kind of stagnated at ~20 seconds and couldn't improve and it was because of all of my bad habits. My look ahead was non-existent and I didn't really try to plan crosses or learn to properly plan the cross. I ended up swapping to zz-ct (for ergonomic reasons) and I spent months drilling edge orientation and eo cross until I could do it faster than my old cross executions. I also slowed down my solves to try to develop look ahead, basically slowing down until I can do the solve without pausing or rotating etc. Now almost a year later I am sub 10 with a sub 6 pb. My TPS is only an average of 7 but because my solves are more efficient, I can solve the cube much faster. I could have stayed with Cfop but I didn't because I liked the idea of solving rotationless. It's all about intentional practice, and watching yourselves like this is a really good step forward.

I hate F2L but i love Oll and Pll. Because you can see all the moves during inspection of the cross but after that the F2l pieces are unpredictable. But when you are doing Oll and pll you have a slight idea what the next step will be.

@_cool_vihaan_05_ That's a good point! Even after one F2L pair, everything has moved around and it's like I have to refind the pieces I need. At least OLL/PLL algs do what you expect them to!

It is completely opposite for me because I can’t get most algs under 1.5 seconds. F2L is fun and always different!

3 relatively easy aspects you can improve on subsconsiously (aka no new algs or techniques)
    1. cross is to be done rotationless. if the cross you thought off seems way too awkward to execute rotationless, very simple, change the angle you execute it from. i couldnt see the red cross edge clearly as it was in the back but i assume its unoriented in the back of the U layer. so from the same angle you held it at the start id probably do: F' D R' D U' L F' (7 moves) which is 1 move less than your solution and rotationless. alternatively you could place the cube at a y angle, R' L F' D' (B F2) D' which is also a 7 mover but the (B F2) can be done simultaneously, sorta making it a 6-mover but in return the ergonomics are not great. also keep in mind, if the starting moves of your cross solution are F or B, you can place down the cube at an x/x' angle to turn them into U/D moves
    2. F2L is to be done regripless, staying in home grip. i noticed you have your thumbs on top of the U layer during most of F2L, this is a bad habit. it prohibits you from doubleflicking, rotating and doing most moves without significantly shifting grip. please also learn about Edge Orientation (EO). the last pair in your first solve (Green Red) had good EO, in which good EO means a pair can be solved completely rotationless and with pure R/U/L/D moves. this is the overpowered secret of F2L as literally any F2L case, whether both pieces are up on the U layer or any of the corresponding piece is slotted, as long as the edge is correctly oriented, its rotationless and can be solved with any combination of R U L D moves.
    3. "if you look at pro speedcubers, their turns are so precise" and you can have that precise, fast turning too! first of all, turn with the very very tip of your fingers. you seem to be turning with the pads, when you should be utilizing the very ends to turn. think about it this way: which way is easier to shut a door/cabinet, pushing on the far end or the far inside? exactly, same thing applies in turning a cube. turning with the tips utilizes less finger strength and allows for more snappy turns. second, minimizing wrist movements. if you look back, your right wrist is rotating back and forth while if you look at slow motion of pro cubers, their wrists do the most minimum of turns. a steady wrist means more stable turning and less time needed to come back to home grip. third and final, keeping the cube steady. again, if you look at pro cubers, its like their cube is fixed in stasis. this has been trained. focus on not jerking/swaying your cube. this will not only help your stability, but also your whole CFOP, especially F2L/LL as you shouldnt be peaking at the back for F2L and OLL/PLL anyway, these are really bad habits.
as an ending note, you should definitely update your algs, on F2L/OLL/PLL, and watch fingertrick videos on them. to be brutally honest, those antisune fingertricks were painful to watch (saying this with the best intentions, not to ridicule). PLL algs are very dated, there are much better algs today.
this all means that you havent hit a roadblock. you have a lot of things to improve which means, if you put in the work, faster times will be imminent. best of luck!

There's some amazing tips that I'm looking forward to implementing, starting with F2L and then reviewing my PLLs... some of the ones I've learned are SO slow! Thanks again!

i think you should get a better cube. rs3m 2022 is the best for its price, do you know it? i have the maglev matte version. And another thing: you should really watch pro's f2l solution or cubehead's video cause they explain some f2l cases that you messed up a bit. hope that helps. subscribed!

good solving style , maybe do less rotations. keep it up .👍 also I am sure you will become sub 10 . just learn full oll and increase your tps. also you should learn to do fast cross and if possible predict the first pair or learn how to do x cross. I actually use to suck at cross and f2l but with practice, I am now a sub 9 cuber
