The words we use are one of the most influential components in the science of language. Language impacts our thoughts, emotions, and actions within our relationships. Relationships are produced, maintained, repaired, and transformed through our communication. Communication is influenced by our culture. Culture governs our ability to lead effectively.
In this course, we will explore how our communication habits and behaviors can positively impact our leadership culture by:
Examining our language dependency between context and social relations
Analyzing the reciprocity between our culture and our communication
Discussing our opportunities to adapt diverse communication practices
