Right at the start the middle turkey leaked all over the counter and floor... Josh used paper towels to wipe the floor first, counter doors second then the counter top. Did not wash the gloves before handling the turkeys.

You are diluting your broth with the ice ..should have made day before ..let cool..then only a LITTLE. ICE..so as NOT to DILUTE YOUR BRINE!!
