Okay I'm not being hateful I promise. I have watched you forever. I want to tell you a story though. In August I got diagnosed with cancer. Double mastectomy in October and in chemo now. I asked my 16 year old what he wanted for Christmas. He said I already got my Christmas gift you are alive. He said even one gift would be icing on his cake. I know I am the center of his world. We are so close. I went on black Friday to the Verizon store and got him his first big phone and iPhone 14 like you did. He got a watch and earbuds free with it. I got an iPad free too. I will give that to my husband. Why didn't you do that. It would have saved thousands for you. How do you know if the kids truly love or just love what you buy them. Gifts don't equal love. I pray for you. I want you to know true love without the money.
this story is truly touching. sending you so much love. Christmas truly is about love and family and it’s such a shame she isn’t teaching them that, they deserve it !!:(
Yes James seems like be a great dad or big brother at a place for children that don’t have dads one day. I was thinking be a big sister but not sure have time.
Just come across your channel today & at first I was really enjoying your videos & shorts but then I came to your Christmas shopping video & I am not believing what you were buying for these kids!!! Ridiculous, I can see each child getting 1 or 2 big items & a few “regular” items & stocking stuffers but a 24” gold heavy chain for a young teen, or any aged teen, is mind blowing. Then you added, expensive tennis shoes & an iPad. I’m an adult & I’ve never even shopped like that for myself! I don’t think you are doing these kids any favors by going overboard like this! They certainly can’t understand the value of a dollar! I’m finished going on about this but really just because you can afford to buy all this doesn’t mean you should. I’m not sure I’ll watch anymore videos or continue my subscription which I just subscribed today. I think it’s wonderful that you’re giving these kids a good stable home life but doesn’t mean you have to over splurge money on them to give them a good life.
Texting your child to check if they want this and that making it so obvious they’ll be getting it on xmas day… no magic in that… no magic in buying SO many things either… just makes the children want more and more each time. Christmas is meant to be a magical time and it just so happens that giving a gift is something you do but not spending thousands and ticking off boxes 😔
go away, these kids spent most of their life with nothing, if she wants to buy them things to play with she can! i will never understand you weird people who deprive children of toys, she can afford it so she brought it, period!
I wouldn't have a problem with her buying all this if I thought they would actually take care of their stuff. The fact that she mentions they lost all their Switch games, broken Switch, broken Airpods, etc. proves to me they don't. Tons of money just thrown away for a few minutes of excitement.
Yep …when my kids loose/break things through carelessness they don’t get immediately replaced. Her kids don’t care as she will get them new ones straight away
You have NO idea how any of those things happened! The switch games were probably all together in one container and got misplaced. The switch that is broken? It could have been really old! It could have been an accident. The lost ear pods (not broken, lost), everyone loses things at some point! Whether it’s ear pods, a book, anything! So much judgment against children that you do not even know, for no reason.
@@bsauntie5373 First of all, I'm not judging the kids at all. It's the parents' responsibility to teach their kids to take care of their belongings. But they don't, because they know if something happens to them they will just replace it. Maybe that's okay with Alicia, but I think it's wasteful and irresponsible.
@@ellyc87 Then you teach your kids, and she is more than capable of taking care of her own. MORE than capable, especially since 8 of her kids were approved by the government. Just sayin’
@@bsauntie5373 I never said she wasn't capable... Good grief. I said she wastes money, of course that's my opinion. I could give other examples, such as her not wanting to move her luggage around so she didn't have to spend the extra $150. But that is a price of a snack for her so what does she care?
When children are constantly being bought things they can become unappreciative. Also things don't make one happy. It's love that brings happiness. Also children can become spoiled and selfish. When they get older they will expect so much and get upset when they don't get their own way or get what they want. Children are happy with simple things and love, kisses and hugs and telling them you love them and showing them you do. Things don't always show love.
I agree to some extent but I believe this family lived a fairly modest life prior to finding some success. I would probably go hog wild for my kids too if I hadn't always been able to.
I disagree…using your vernacular’stuff does make you happy’, just like having money makes you much happier, just ask anyone who cannot pay their bills…my kids always got whatever they wanted and are now responsible, hard working, self sufficient, kind and successful men…presents are the best ❤️
Alex and James talk to the littles so much like parents. I cant believe the kiddos respect and listen to their older brothers the way they do. The whole reason it isn't busy isn't bc if the storm, I think its more likely bc no one has any spare money this year. Christmas is gonna be lean for most of us this year tbh...!!!
I have a suggestion. For many families, this Christmas season will be tight, and many children will not receive what they normally do. How about instead of flexing all the money you have on your children all the time, use this opportunity to find a family who is deserving of the help and provide them with groceries and gifts for the entire family and include your children in on the adventure. Your children are not learning about empathy and giving by shoveling as many gifts as you do on a daily basis down their throats. Doing half of what you do for your children would be WAY MORE than most receive in their childhood, and they would learn to be more appreciative of what they do receive as well as learning to give back to others when you are blessed beyond measure on a daily basis. UPDATE: Apparently, I have insulted other viewers with my opinion, and that was not my intent. My opinion is that Christmas is a way to give back to others instead of receiving. It's my opinion, which I have a right to have. All of those who disagree also have a right to their opinions, and Alicia likely will not read nor care about my comment. She has every right to do what she wishes with her money. It was simply my suggestion as a way to help others and her own children. Merry Christmas!

Seriously tho… teaching them that consumerism and material items are the most important thing about life… icky.
Just bc she buys them all this stuff doesn’t mean u should unsubscribe you are probably just jealous.
Calm down. It’s not that serious

Although I agree love, attention, nurturing is the most important, kids are kids that want stuff too.

So you don't buy any presents ?
Money can’t buy you’re kids love omg
You are amazing is all I can say. Just recently found your videos and they are great. Not sure how you do it and not lose your mind or pull your hair out, but you are so cool, calm and collected. Wish I was more like you!!!
This is absolutely crazy. No kid on earth needs so much stuff for christmas. If you want to spend crazy amounts on your kids, please find better ways. Save for college or when they want to move out, for their first car, first home, anything else than stupid amounts of sh*t.
"My 16-year-old son wants a silver chain. My 13-year-old son wants a gold chain. What length do you recommend?"
"How old are they?"
I caught that too lol
James is just the sweetest big brother there is! He literally melts my heart!
So sweet 🧡🧡🧡
It's just unbelievable how many poor children there are in the world and of course I'm sure there are some in New York. Instead of spoiling all 12 children like you do why don't you donate to some of the children that can't even afford one toy let alone 12 different gifts every month. Thank you for listening and make it do you some good good health and happy holidays to your family
How you know she doesn't give to charity ? Charity is not supposed to be for public consumption
why are u telling her what to do with HER money for HER kids. like why don't you go donate!
Instead of worrying about buying her kids stuff, they already have. She needs to worry about buying a bigger house to fit her family.
Why should she? They love.their neighborhood, their property, and their schools.
@@Pandora_369 Exactly. I don't get how people cannot comprehend that there is a lot that goes into deciding where to live, especially with 12 kids in 5 different schools.
@@Pandora_369 maybe because the kids live in dingy, cramped conditions with not enough bathrooms, a faulty septic tank and on a busy road.
Yea I get claustrophobic everytime I see her small home with a those kids, adults, animals, plus all the heaps of clothes & material items/food she buys each week 😳
@@Pandora_369 because half the kids are either using a small closet as a bedroom or cramped together in a room.
James is such sweetheart, he is always helping you. He’s great big brother, and a good son, you are very lucky to have him. Merry Christmas you guys, sending love and light your way.
The teen boy chain phase. 😂 That’s my favorite Blackish episode when Jr gets his. 😂
Yup 🧡🧡🧡
Def a real thing lol
Would be nice to see you donate to a family shelter or single mothers in need. I’m sure majority of your supporter are in poverty so would be nice to give back and if you already are donating then why not share that information since you’re sharing everything else??
I agree
Would be nice if everyone did that. You don't need to be wealthy to do that. $5 goes a long way. Stop poking fingers please. Judging isn't very becoming of you. Have a hug 🤗 and a Merry Christmas
Yall are stupid she gives away stuff all the time on her Instagram lol
This is a disheartening
video of how Christma should be. With all respect just entirely too much. Merry Christmas.
Although it’s cool to see the kids getting all they want. I feel like she spends the money as it’s coming and one day the views and likes and clicks won’t be there like they use to. Hope she realizes that, And I hope she is ready for that. Even the most successful TH-camrs get big dips in their channels and views because people get bored and move into other content. The money won’t be rolling in like it is now.
Agree lately she’s just been flexing her wealth and is becoming less relatable and less likeable. Hoping she sees the error of her ways before we all go
I sure hope she is investing and saving some money. Her success will peak if it hasn't already. It will be hard to maintain this type of lifestyle.
@@MCOTJ1212 why does spending money make her less likeable. I kinda like watching her spend
These kids are so blessed to find these two for parents. She serves healthy meals and they aren’t expensive items. She keeps up with their needs and wants. He is a great provider! You two are awesome parents! God bless!
I pray you all have a wonderful Christmas and appreciate the gifts you’ll be getting. I’m getting a $45 pair of sneakers and a pair of glove that were half priced sale. And I’m so grateful to get those items because my hands won’t be cold and my 4 yr old sneakers can finally go in the garbage. Dang, my sneakers are older than Harlee! 😝
🧡🧡🧡
I hope you have a merry Christmas!
@@michibmoon - Aww, thank you so very much! Merry Christmas to you and your family too!
@@DogLover_365 why does she have to say something about a stranger's personal situation. Why is that grown person telling the world they can't get it together for themselves?

She won.t be getting another view
have you not bought them all headphones like 10 times this year? In fact didnt you buy some right before this last New York trip?
Kids have NO responsibility because they know she'll just buy another
@@jaquelyngears1359 that is so true. If I had lost headphones that often as a child my mom wouldn’t have kept buying them she would have made me earn my own money to buy new ones. 🙄 this woman
@@jennyv8837 stop trashing this mom it's not you're business how she raises her kids or how she spends her money
@@hairypotatoes3760 I’m sorry when was me asking a valid question trashing someone? I didn’t say anything negative about her I quite literally said have you not already bought them headphones multiple other times this year? And that my mom would never keep buying me something if I kept losing them.
@@jennyv8837 "she would have made me earn my own money to buy new ones.🙄 this woman" I don't think thay sounds like asking a valid question that sounds more implying that she spoils her kids to much bc she buys them headphones
this is insanely overboard and it's okay to spoil your kids, get them what they want, but to the extent to ensure they have nothing to look forward to? desensitize them from the feeling of knowing what it's like to be grateful and cherish something? There's a reason expensive things are lost or broken so easily and carelessly, because they come into their hands so easy that it's foreign to think a valuable item isn't easily replaceable. there are so many kids who would hold any one of those items to the highest value because they know what it's like to get nothing for christmas. I'm not saying that's how yours should feel, but they should at least know the privilege of receiving nice things. I can only hope that the large amount of money spent on their time with you now is equally invested in ensuring the quality of their futures.
Calm down Karen
@@Delirious_Bunty i’m calm not a karen i try to be a very reasonable person but don’t like to take people messing with their kids lives very lightly i don’t think she has very ill intentions, but definitely a shopping and waste problem
You're absolutely correct!
if this is what she wanted to get her kids! theres nothing wrong with that. im sure if she didnt have the money she wouldnt do it. im sure they deserve everything plus more.

Just wondering if she wasn’t getting all this money what the kids would get for Xmas on their wages🤦♀️🤦♀️
Why worry about it ? She can afford to do this for their children for Christmas so what does it matter other wise ?
Why does it matter. They would get something for sure just not as much. Simple as that. But since she can afford it she’s going to do what she wants. Shouldn’t bother anyone
Your kids are so kind and helpful to their little siblings. ❤

I don’t understand all the hate comments- people have different budgets especially for a large family. By watching and commenting you helped pay for it.
I'm not trying to be a hater, but do you think your kids really need all of those electronics like you're just spending a bunch of money that that's just a waste of money they already have like iPads and phones and stuff that should be good, get them toys, stuff they can live off of like, don't get them phones and stuff they don't need those
My first thought was ..... More shoes??? Damn these spoiled kids get more shoes in 3-4 months than people I know have in 8-10 years.
