DIGGER ON SITE! Universal Studios GB update - 04/04/2024

Driving past the site today I spotted a digger so rushed home and grabbed the drone. It looks like the operator is clearing the hardstanding of debris. Could it be to prepare for its removal? I think it's most likely clearing a site for cars to park and/or temporary buildings to be sited as when and if anything should happen then it'll need office/work space.

Great footage. As a local to the area I'm very much in favour of this project. I'm also glad if the news today that it'll be central and not local gov that approve planning permission. Local gov messed up big time with the NIRAH project.
