Great core concentrated practice Charlie. It definitely challenged my core stability and also my left and right 🤦🏼♀️, I seemed to repeat the side plank elements on my right side only 🤷🏼♀️. I think I'll repeat and see where I went wrong. I really enjoyed this fast paced energetic class. Thank you. 😊
This was so beautiful and so cold! I can see your breath! The problem with practices like this for me is that my core muscles are completely fine, having tea and chatting, while my arm and shoulders feel more like chicken wings, strength-wise. To really challenge my core this is not enough, but it's already much for my upper body.
Wow! Thanks again Charlie! I'm tired today and wasn't expecting the speed of this flow but it was good to be challenged to meet my appropriate edge and I felt a little stronger than expected. To be honest I'm feeling my upper body much more than my abs after that but it's still all round good for core :)

Warmed up really well! We have the first snow today, so it is quite cold. It can be seen from your breath that you are not very warm there either :) Thus, this practice today just in time, thank you!
Hi Charlie, loved this class, a good way to work the core with moves other than crunches/leg lowers/etc 😉 Very good idea to let us warm up the wrists at the beginning!! 🙏🙏
Such an amazing flow and it's a brilliant idea to combine it with core strengthening. I love crow as I can hold it for 3 sec, which is whole 3 sec more than other arm balances lol. As usual, after your 20-min practice, I wish it was longer but not sure I would be able to sustain this intensity.
