- Welcome to your 20 min daily yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on the essential postures to build strength and improve your mobility in a mindful way.
This full body sequence includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to every day.
The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and side planks. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

I am so glad that I found you. I’ve been practising yoga for 29 years and received my RYT500 in 2006. I live with an autoimmune disease, ankylosing spondylitis, and which it’s very important that I stay flexible as I age. Yoga is key for me to keep my body in balance, physically, mentally, spiritually, and hormonally. I generally do easier yoga but am loving your intermediate classes. Thank you for sharing your gifts, the work you do keeps me returning to my mat and allows me to truly live a longer healthy life.❤. Your transitions are beautiful 🤩
I am quite a beginner, and I practiced this routine early in the morning, so my body was barely woken up yet. So I slowed the video a bit and followed along. Until 15 minutes, I was impressed by my struggles, but for the last 5 minutes, my legs were behaving like two cramp-fearing fellows. I thoroughly enjoyed the routine. I have to practice it a few more times before I can move on freely. I like your contents. They are clear and in sync with my mental abilities. Please accept my gratitude 🙏 Thanks a lot, Charlie ❤❤❤

I’ve done yoga for 25 years and am language teacher. And this class was NOT an ‘all levels’ class 😅.
Some of the asanas everyone could do - but some of them were advanced levels. This is my first try on your channel. I think it devalues one’s look upon ability as this one simply is not a definition of an ‘all levels’ class in general. I’m sure you have some well defined level classes - but this one was a bumpy start and welcome to your channel for me. But I will come back and challenge myself with your classes ❤

You succeed in making me do things that usually I don't even try, saying to myself that I won't be able. It's such in a soft flow that I don't even have time to discourage myself and then I realize that I can do it and it's not even so hard! I get stronger and stronger thanks to you! Sweaty but so fullfiling!

Charlie, I regularly go to the gym and do intense workouts but this flow left me dripping in sweat and calm at the same time. I can't tell you how much I've loved this flow, moving with intention makes all the difference. This one will surely become a regular in my practices. Thank you!!!

Hi Charlie. I’ve been following along with your yoga flows since March 2023. I have an eating disorder and finding workouts that don’t trigger that thinking has been difficult. When I stumbled upon your channel and tried it, it was like healing. Even down to the way you speak softly, your encouragement to modify without shame, being thankful for what your body can do, pausing, having fun, etc. I tried apple+ yoga recently and after one day cancelled the trial and went back to your channel. Thank you for what you do. You remind me to be thankful for everything my body does for me and those I love, not just the way it looks.
