      Great vid. And no knocks on what you've said. Only thing I'll add is these numbers of course are regarding powertrain. For drivetrain, numbers will also add up.
      If you've an MR, you're kinda screwed for costs, as they're easily 2 to 3x more expensive on upgrade costs compared to a M/T. Unless of course you can do it yourself - which, unless you're the few who actually work in a shop that works on the SST --- don't even try it!
      Did all the bolt-ons one could think of, and didn't even touch the engine internals (stock cams). Got to 444awhp/339ft-lb on E85, 363/285 on 93RON pump. Mustang dyno. 100% Kozmic. Done up while they had the trans off for SST service. Have to do some cleanup on the tune though at this time, as it's a bit wonky (RPM's a bit irregular from a dig, and throttle response is so-so).

    US 2013 Evo X GSR, Built bottom end, Built head( portted with oversized +1mm valves, GSC Behive springs and Titanium retainers, Brian Crower 272 cams), ARP head studs, Mivec Delete. Lightweight Flywheel and ACT HDSS unsprung street clutch, Upgraded clutch master. MAP Cast Exhaust Manifold, MAP O2 recirculatted downpipe. ETS High flow cat, HKS dual muffler. ETS intake and charge pipe kit with 4 inch Intercooler. Radium fuel rail, Radium Black top fuel pressure damper, Fuel Lab fuel pressure regular, AEM 340 lph fuel pump(hardwired), Mishimoto Radiator, Silicone coolant hoses, RK Titanium Titanium filler neck, MAP Catch can, Clubspec Chicago heat shields. With all that I'm making just under 400hp to the wheels on 93 Octane pump gas.
    New Upgrades for the year, and I already have all parts but the Turbo upgrade with is currently in the mail. Chris Robbins TRU(Turbos R US) GTX3591 spec Turbo with 23 psi internal wastegate, which is stock location, rated for 700+hp. Alpha Injection 2200cc injectors, Walbro 525 lph fuel pump, NFS(need for speed) Flex fuel kit, and ETS 3.5 inch MAF housing.
    With all upgrades, my goal is a daily 550hp on 93, 600-625 hp on E85, and 700 hp kill tune which will be strictly for racing.

    • @JacksonStrain
      @JacksonStrain  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't need one as you can just get a dual map tune so one map runs E85 and one does pump fuel, I did it this way originally but have since added a flex kit as it does make changing out fuels much easier since you can just put a half tank of E85 on top of the pump fuel already in the tank

    Dude.. what now it's 350kw?? definitely you forgot to factor in the price of some therapy to attempt to stop this senseless urge for more POWA. lol
    We're actually even a few percentage lower than yank mustangs. I don't know about this 330 to 350 target on stock rods, I know the x has stronger rods than the 9 but you'll have like v8 torque pumping you out of the corners and it feels weird that a small motor like these can push so much power, I have the comfort when I'm on it like a cannon ball is propelling me out of corners, of knowing that carrillo pro h rods and cp pistons aren't going to let go. I would never be wanting a stock motor to have those forces put on it. I've also had to continually keep the higher boost buttoned down from blowing intercooler pipes off. I've got a whole row of t bolt hose clamps in front of me to redo all the hose fittings as the work their way lose all the time. There's trade offs when you start wanting to push more boost, we could be back in therapy with a rod out the side, but it'll make good youtubing so I say go for it ;))))
