Thank you, there's no video that explains why this happens. Good info!

the best way to propagate Snake plants is by division for 3 reasons: 1. no waiting 2. original colors/variegation is retained 3. almost 100 percent success

😭 My variegated Sanseveria made green pups by rhizomes when it got more light in partial sun exposure. All the green pups were concentrated on the side of the pot that received sun.
So by rhizomes division, I only get green reverted pups. They have more white in brighter light and darker green in deep shape.
Yellow finito : I don’t remember obtaining any variegated pups. I don’t understand how growers propagate variegated plants and not much articles / videos talk about the reversion problem.
Division or light is absolutely not working to keep the variegations.

That's sad to hear. :'( We live in a tropical country and the conditions allow for variegations to remain. It also happens that the leaves tend to revert on the greener side since it allows the plant to make food.

Thank you for this valuable info!
I have been rearing 2 sensivera - moon shine and yellow verigated, from leaf and was worried why the pups are all green. This explains why.. 😢
