      Better make at home , but If you want to go with the packet , then just check the content of the packet , it should be from milk only and no other extra ingredients 🙂

    2:51 was that raw chole paste or boiled. Please tell me that was cooked. 😬

      I soaked chole then made a paste . Because we have Emli chutney for taste 😀if you like coocked then you can slightly boil them and make a paste 😊 Thank you

    Agar ham gym nahi kar rahe to 70 kg woman ko din me kitna protein lena chahiye ? Aur 5'6 hight ke hisab se kitna weight hona chahiye ?

      @@dollymehta3138 I would suggest to have a little activity like atleast moving your body after every 30 mins because continuous sitting is dangerous

    You are reading how not to die and are quite heavy on dairy. That book is by Greger and he promotes plant based diet. And how is milk ethical when you think about the cruelty in dairy industry? Not judging just asking.🙏

      Your video helped me alot. Although, i am a non vegetarian. I don't eat non veg for a month for religious reasons. But because i go to the gym, and don't really like protein powders i really nedded a video like this.
