    The oil should be really hot before putting the cheese in so it's very crisp on the outside but still soft on the inside

    Greetings Fafa! As always, so nice to see you! That fried cheese recipe looks yummy! It reminds me of two familiar cheeses to me; fresh mozzarella cheese and another cheese; a Turkish fried cheese which name escapes me; oh it’s helum cheese. I wonder if they are all distant cousins of each other? But I’ve made fresh mozerella cheese a number of times successfully! I think I’ll try this cheese as well! Thank you so much for the upload! Peace and one love!

    I tried your recipe for wagashi. It start melting in the oil. Why reasons? What did do wrong?

    • @NdudubyFafa
      @NdudubyFafa  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m sorry to hear that. There are 2 reasons why this might happen where the Cheese isn’t firm enough (i.e wasn’t left to dry properly after boiling) , the probability of also turning the cheese earlier than anticipated (when it hasn’t formed a brown crust yet) when frying.
