      Wa alaikum salaam warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu dear, there is actually no difference between the two. Both are the coagulating agents. You can choose to use one or the two. Hope this works

    What can I use if I don't have the vinegar?
    Nd can I use nunu...I brought it a week today..

    • @RealisticSuwey
      @RealisticSuwey  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use lemon juice, which works equally well. The Nunu has to be a fresh one not pasteurised.

    What's the difference between waagashi and mozzarella cheese because the process looks the same

    • @RealisticSuwey
      @RealisticSuwey  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi dear hope you good and thanks for being here, the difference are just few. Mozzarella is prepared off fire whilst wagashi is done on fire. Mozzarella is soft whilst wagashi is a bit or medium hard. Hope this explains it

    I wonder if Bomu Bomu leaves impart a different type of flavour when used, compared to common coagulant like vinegar or lemon juice. But wagaashi needs more flavour, its very bland
