@@troyvanspanje. Good morning from Houston TX. You asked to let you know how I go. I’m happy to say I held my own. In some exercises I did not get in as many reps as you, especially overhead thrusts. My weight became too heavy to continue with good form. AND, at the end I did two sets of sumo squats just to further kill the inner thighs - we ladies like that. Thank you for a great, efficient and compact routine. I did forward along to a couple friends.

That was absolutely amazing workout, and this time was the third time that I'm doing this wonderful workout , well done with this great combination , whole body was engaged , I really liked it and thoroughly enjoyed, thank you so much dear Troy.,🔥🔥🔥👊💚
Troy, your workouts are awesome, the only thing that would make them better is if you turned the music down, or even dropped it completely. I like your videos where you talked through the workouts. I find it easier to follow along to that type of format. Regardless though, your workouts are awesome!
Thanks Alex. Yeah just use the mute button if the music too much. I will occasionally do instructional workouts and don’t do much any more. I am able to do a lot more content if I can just hit record and workout and make it more therapeutic for myself. Talking takes more planning and editing and not as much content will be released. Like I said they will come occasionally but it is more consistent if I just film a workout I’m doing. Thanks for the feedback
