I’ve been back into kettlebells for a month and have been using this workout as a benchmark- week 1 I could just get through 18 minutes and today I completed it 😀 feeling stronger!!
Yea this is the workout I always do ever since I wanted to get back into shape after my second child because I very much let myself go and that was 2 years ago and then I let myself go back to old habits due to depression but I’m back on my journey lost weight with eating better now I’m starting to work out again and came back to my reliable workout thanks rox!💛🏋🏽♀️
I've been doing this workout once a week for about 7 weeks now. Today was the first time I didn't lose my balance doing the left Arabesque and only once doing the right. I am determined!!

Anyway, I've kept track a few times, and I count 15 supersets, not 14. Just when I thought I'm done, there is that last one to go! Still love the workout though, keep it up.
Ugh, this kicked my butt! I missed a week because of work. The moral of the story is, even if you can only fit a 10-15 minute workout in a few days a week, it's better than missing them entirely!
Whenever I start to feel lazy, depressed, sitting on the couch, I remember this video! I get up and push it, and then I feel 100× better! ❤ thank you, I love your videos.
This was by far my favorite kettle bell workout I've EVER done! I loved the super sets and I loves that they were moves that were easy to follow so I could really concentrate on my form. Please do more of these. Thank you for putting this workout together. I'm definitely going to share it.

This was my first time working out with a kettlebell, i’ve never been skinny due to binge eating disorder and have gained a lot of weight in the last couple of months due to academic stress and even though the semester isnt over, neither my wish to be healthy and happy, this is the schedule ill be doing: Im starting at 75kg and 49% body fat percentage After 2 weeks im 74.2kg definitely bot much because im still binging, way less now but im happy to have progress Gonna be back me thinks 🙏
Thanks so much for your workouts Roxannne, I've just discovered them last week & they're a huge gift to me as someone without a gym membership with just a 4kg medicine ball, a mat and a 12kg kettlebell to use here at home. It's hard to find at home kettlebell workouts that aren't too arm dominated (12kg is currently too heavy for my arms in the long run haha!) or too much cardio only legs. Thanks :) -Eva
I loved this workout! I’m finally doing floor work instead of doing modifiers standing up. I’m definitely feeling it in my lower abs now. I’m really enjoying the supersets.
