  • This Total Body Kettlebell Workout is designed for the beginner to intermediate.
    For the Total Body Kettlebell Workout I havbe chosen the following Kettlebell Exercises.
    The Workout is split up into Lower, Upper, Total and Core Exercises
    Lower
    Kettlebell Squat to Deadlift
    Kettlebell RDL to Lunge
    Kettlebell swing back lunge
    Kettlebell single leg bridge
    Upper
    Kettlebell push up Elbow tap
    Kettlebell Kettlebell squeeze press
    Kettlebell row in lunge stance
    Kettlebell row in squat stance
    Kettlebell Hammer curl eccentric overload
    Total body
    Kettlebell Split stance squat to press
    Kettlebell alternating swing lunges
    Kettlebell Squat rotation
    Kettlebell Snatche
    Kettlebell Figure 8 rotation lunge
    Core
    Kettlebell Dynamic pullover
    Kettlebell Scissor kick kettlebell hold
    Kettlebell plank roations
    Kettlebell side plank row
    Kettlebell reverse curls

    Loved it! I tried as many of the exercises as I could with a 12kg bell, but some were challenging even with a 8kg bell. This is something to aim for!!

      That’s a great effort. Yes with these endurance workouts just try to go lighter and last the whole workout. I have ones where heavy and fatigue is the goal. I have one of those coming next week which will make sense.

      Yeah I know. I’ve been adding the side plank rows for a while now and no matter what weight I do them with they suck.

      Most of my workouts unless they say heavy light should all be done with 12kgs for females and 16kgs for males.

      Thank you. You want to mix up and balance the movements with other workouts too but this one is good twice per week
