@@katoness lol did yoi really thinking that was real. I felt like the dramatic bits were obvious to tell from the real ones. They literally said it at thr beginning with a disclaimer
There's a saying that "comedy is tragedy plus time." It suggests that many comedians use humor as a coping mechanism to deal with their own personal struggles or hardships. So, while they may appear jovial and entertaining on stage, they may also carry a lot of sadness or pain when they're not performing. It's the irony of finding laughter in the midst of sorrow.

Cried a lot with the series :( felt so sorry about him… hope he is fine today! From 🇧🇷
Just finished Baby Reindeer. . Wow, there were so many relatable point for me as an abuse survivor and performer...It’s not often people share the deeply complex parts of being abused like this. I hope he knows how much sharing this story is going to change so many people's hearts. This is the kind of art the world needs to heal.
If anyone’s looking for the breakdown video it’s not real. It was added for more dramatic effect in the series ✌️
Oh. I don't like that. Kind of think what else they made up?
There is a video, where he stops telling jokes and starts talking about how difficult comedy is. It's certainly not as dramatic as in thr show but many believe it to be the "breakdown video"
th-cam.com/video/Q6Pt6YAnq4A/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=RichardGadd
The end he speaks about the abuse
The irony is, baby reindeer is THAT video. He told all his secrets and now he’s famous like he wanted.
@@katoness lol did yoi really thinking that was real. I felt like the dramatic bits were obvious to tell from the real ones. They literally said it at thr beginning with a disclaimer
So yes, here we are, mesmerised by the story and an amazing acting, triggered and inspired. Thank you
There's a saying that "comedy is tragedy plus time." It suggests that many comedians use humor as a coping mechanism to deal with their own personal struggles or hardships. So, while they may appear jovial and entertaining on stage, they may also carry a lot of sadness or pain when they're not performing. It's the irony of finding laughter in the midst of sorrow.
Wow, this comedian sure has some potential. I sure hope nothing bad happens to him in his career.
Very easy to see how this guy could have turned into the Joker … what a fucking great show! Well done brother.. show was gut punch to the emotional breadbasket

The guy laughing is drunk cause ain’t no way he laughed at “I went to the bakery the other day” 😂😂😂
I have to say that there's got to be an Oscar somewhere on the horizon to be won for the performances on Baby Reindeer! The acting was top notch and so believable!
There is no breakdown video, you can stop searching now
The breakdown video is probably a bit of creative liberty he took in making the show?
@@KarlSnarks that's exactly what it was.
@@jasewildheart Yeah I thought it was kind of a nod to the show itself, and the one-man stage play that was also based on that part of his life, but not sure.
Brazil here! Você merece todo o sucesso do mundo baby reindeer!
Great series on Netflix bro.
After just having binge watched Baby Reindeer and being a person who has been through a complex abuse situation after having just made it through an abuse ridden childhood, I have to say this has inspired me so much to tell my story. I feel deeply touched, and filled with confidence and feeling so okay to actually BE ME. In my own skin I am peaceful today.
I believe in you.
The way this was 12 years ago and we're all seeing it now
Y’all keep talking about Martha, I wanna know who the famous director is that did this to him and is he still working in the industry as at the end of the movie Richard accepts an offer from him to write on his show. If he actually meant it that time)
Fr, he even says in the show that his abuser was worse. He needs to be named.
He looks just like the character that played him in Baby Reindeer, only younger. Great casting.
He plays himself in the show, it’s so wild to think about right?
It is him lol
Haha
love this comment
his comedy is absolutely hilarious
Baby Raindeer is one of the best series ever made - I cried on two last episodes and fourth episode unlocked something in me.
Btw here Richard acts kinda like Jim Carrey
Baby Reindeer has certainly made it very far. He’s well known on Netflix now. Sure was crazy to see him going from this to sheer amount of chaos and depravity in years’ time.
Baby Reindeer 😂😂😂!
I really like his comedy in this clip though. Don't know why people are complaining so much.
It's very rare now a days to see a comedian who acts funny too, apart from the jokes.
Would love to see his other work in comedy
That one guy laughing loudly 😂
This is way better than the stand-up in the TV show! I find this very funny 😄

Whos Looking for one of martha's heckles😂
É a série do ano.
You’d really have to be nuts to stalk someone after seeing this act.
We are living season 2 right now with Marta on pierce morgen uncensored cast Gold
He's totally my type in terms of looks. Glad we were able to stumble upon his great acting too.
But the comedy is horrible 😂
I'm proud of you Baby Reindeer -Sent my iPhone
Imagine uploading a video on 2011 that would make you wealthy on 2024.
I'll start filming these shows from now on
I honestly think his stand up is genius
BRAVO, the best series I've ever binged ❤❤❤❤
I'm here after watching his series on Netflix, the jokes are bad but in this video people laughing more than the people on the scene.
