- Today is our 20 year anniversary. It's hard to believe all of the changes we have gone through in those years. From starting a family, moving across the country more than once, chasing dreams and finally ending up where we are now, as full time homesteaders living our dream.

Amazing tribute to your wife, marriage and lifestyle. My husband Bill (he was semi retired) found you on TH-cam and he lived vicariously through your videos of homesteading. I teased him that Sarah was my cousin, we live Outer Banks NC but I have a large extended family in MO, some near your homestead. Your story tells me Sarah isn’t related to my MO family but please know the joy and pleasure we had watching your show together. Bill died suddenly in August 2020, but watched your videos until days before he passed. God bless your family and your videos remain one of my connections to Bill. Yvonne

Ah! your so sweet and romantic and in this day and age it's wonderful to have made it to 20 years but anyone can see and hear how you love each other.
My husband and I live in Somerset England and this year we have been married for 50 years that's our golden wedding anniversary in England and my husband shows me everyday how much he loves me but finds it hard to say it but this year he said he loved me more today than when we first met.
I think men are getting more romantic nowadays my father would never had said that to my mother 😃

Congratulations we got married at 18 and 19 and have lasted 50 years this year. He’s my best friend he’s my confidant he’s my everything we have three wonderful children. We have five wonderful grandchildren and one great grandchild our children recently on our 50th wedding anniversary shared with us, the highlights and the love they felt for two parents that stuck it out together and made a wonderful life for them to be growing up in!!! Mazel tov. There is nothing better in life than raising children and grandchildren that become wonderful citizens and great help!

That's awesome guys, I hope you all get many more together on this earth. My parents were together since Jr. High and my Dad passed away the year of their 19th wedding anniversary back in 2000. My Mother waited until 2016 to finally date a guy. She said it felt too much like cheating on my Dad and let the guy down easy. It's crazy to think that after that many years her love for him is so strong she cannot be with anyone else. She wakes up every morning and has a cup of coffee while she reads her bible. She has no doubt in her mind and heart she'll be with my Dad again. I'm 33 and still haven't found that person for me.

Thanks for sharing your story with us! My husband and I have been together for only 3 years, but it feels like so many more (in a good way!). Before we got married we talked about starting up his old family ranch again. It's been a blessing to watch your videos and get ideas and information to begin our journey here.
