Just got it a few days ago. Its unbelievable. best phone ive ever owned by some margin. Was nervous moving from samsung to honor.. but absolutely no issues so far. Was fed up of tiny iterations. I've been using it for a bit of time now and it is amazing. It makes the Samsung and Google models look like bricks and outdated in comparison. The experience is something else.

Had this monster 2 weeks ago. Best phone I've ever owned. Last year I bought the Samsung z flip 5 and that was possibly one of the worst phone. I won't be going back to a bar phone again.
Have been using magic v3 for over a month now (my previous phone was iphone 13 pro max). Overall, the phone is great but it has few weak points that no reviewer seem to mention. 1- selfie camera has more mp than iphones but quality is very poor 2- speakers and earpiece are not loud enough. Quite often i have to wear earbuds to hear better 3- face ID doesn't work in dark. Apple's does For me, i don't mind sacrificing these missing features for the sake of larger screen and amazing multi tasking tools that the v3 offers.
@@jimbean5672 Sorry, I was wrong. The Hasselblad camera is on the One Plus Open. I’ve been going back and forth between the 2 phones, and I got this wrong.
Very impressive phone. Imagine if Apple did a phone like this. Maybe they are working their way there. It starts with iPhone 17 Slim then a foldable version…
hello, could you notice and check guys if you are seeing another like a gray/darker line from top to bottom next to the folding line when you tilt it to the right. Do it in full brightness too. I dont know if it's a screen defect or like some kinda a material parts or any form of tape they used inside but it reflects through the screen. Not noticeable in normal/straight viewing. Or do like a position when you are sharing/showing your screen next to the person to your right and you will see that shadow like line with the same size as the folding hinge. Try to use other bright colors too as mine is pretty becoming obvious and distracting when I just observed it last night. Sorry, cant attach an image to show here. 😭
Switched from the Fold. Tried to like the "smaller" screen from the Fold 5 (coming from a S23U)... and I just can't like it. Slapping on a decent case on it, and the border just gets smaller, and the phone a lot heavier. There's just a few minor things that I don't like about it, such as the speaker on it is a little quieter / less bass than on the Fold. Another thing is the keyboard --- the layout is fine, but it's a little different, like when I press the ', it doesn't switch back to the alphabet, and that when you backspace, it doesn't delete a whole chunk when you hold it down for a while. I'm sure there's some workaround for the keyboard stuff, but it's honestly not that burdensome to make me search for it. Aside from that? The weight, the thinness, the real estate, the CREASE... oh my god, the CREASE, is so minimal. I'd like to think that the crease on the fold is little, but when you compare it side by side, it's like the mariana trench vs a pothole. Lastly..... the battery + fast charging. Just now, charged it at 30%, took a quick piss, and it's now 50%. Oh, and the time it took for me to type this comment, and now just checking it, it's now 71%. I still have the fold, but I don't really reach for it. The only time I do, is the time when I compare how did I even think the Fold was revolutionary, when it's really just overpriced.
For those wondering why Apple hasn't released a foldable yet: simple, they're waiting for other manufacturers to open the market, improve the details that need to be improved and make production processes cheaper. Only then they will enter the market and be able to Earn their precious profit margins by taking advantage of what other manufacturers did before them. That is Tim Cook's Apple.
@@Multiriddick007 Do you want me to remind you why it took so long to launch phones with large screens? And I remind you that they were 1080 and 720 when the market was at 1440. Yes, I'm talking about the iPhone 6.
@@danielmndjr2874 let's face it, Apple will not change its design for at least another decade, or maybe never will. Other companies already making pretty good progress, already coming up with 2nd or 3rd generation, vs Apple will start their very first device. Seems like they stopped even putting an effort to change anything on design, getting ridiculous to be honest 🤷♂️
I think their foldable will be a new line of products. But I think one of the reasons why they didn't do it yet, is that they may fear it could cannibalize their iPad Mini sales. Why have an iPhone and an iPad, if you can have both in one?
If you have 2 batteries with different capacities you have to be carefully. Don't you think and no one notice this how they are going to degrade and ultimately you will have less battery and low voltage
This is real innovation, but Sammy thinks giving circle to search 🔍 feature and ugly big creases on the Zfold6 are real deal. They score few numbers in the software department but hardware wise they're way behind.

I have the Magic V2 and if I were to lose it I would without a doubt be getting the V3. Nothing in the American market comes close.
Now the next challenge to tackle is to have a stylus pen built-in the foldable. Exactly the way it's stored in a Note/S Ultra.
