That Sig take is high on my list! I had significant rust issues that comprised the function of my gun. Customer service told me to kick rocks. I’ll never buy another product from them again.
I don’t have any friends that are into guns like I am so I’m on my own. I have the TH-cam community for that. I put all types of ammo through them before they go into my rotation. I hear the advice on here and put them into play. I get to the range twice a month because it’s what I can afford now. I train at home everyday for at least 10-15 minutes since I saw your video on that topic. I budget accessorize them and admire the real gucci ones on TH-cam. Thanks for the great down to earth content.
@@indibreathinyea, most memberships are worth it. The range I go to the monthly fee is as much as one nonmember visit. The ammo is where it hurts, but 22lr is great for shooting more often
1. Trigger pull weight gauges are so dumb. 2. 10+1 is probably enough. 3. You don’t need an optic or light on every pistol. 4. Carrying with iron sights is fine. 5. Own less guns
Dang it Darius you made me have to take notes 😂. I may get these out of order since I didn't start taking notes until the middle of the video. 1. Sro is overpriced. The 407/507c is more of a duty optic than the sro. Several police departments in my area are running them now. 2. Sig has always used their customers for r&d. I still remember when the oh mpx came out and had all kinds of issues that sig never really addressed. Also the original p365 dragged it's striker and would pop primers. 3. Hk looks dont bother me. The issue is have with hk, or at least the vp9 is that I can't find a grip that doesn't ride the slide release.😅 4.300blk is silly unless you can only afford 1 gun. What's really silly is unsurpressed 300blk. 5. I don't have a radian ramjet but I plan on getting one for my mr920 before Christmas. 6. Me and my wife have pistol shooting competitions in the backyard and she wins a lot. I had to buy a 2011 to win more 😂. 7. If your carry gun isn't completely reliable you need a different carry gun.
20 years ago Sigs were always the culprits of failures and dangerous mishaps at the range. I’ve seen extractors blown out. I’ve seen them hot fire sitting on the table. There’s a post on a Reddit right now where a stock P320 blew the primer out the backplate 😂. Yet people still have the nerve to call them the best while dogging other brands
for me -you don't need optics and lights on your pistols, but it doesn't hurt to have them -I will not carry appendix -not everything cheap is bad and not everything is expensive is good - some civilians are better at teaching firearms knowledge than the military - there is no such thing as having enough firearms and ammo for yourself -if your firearm is finicky with ammo or you don't want to shoot your firearm with cheap ammo then your gun sucks or you I agree with most of your points, I took pretty much all my siblings and pops to the range and the ones that didn't I was still teaching them gun safety. I have an XD that lasted 12 years before it broke, a PSA Dagger that's chewed through all sorts of ammo. I had an EC9s that had terrible rust issues and finally broke, a CZ Shadow 2 that has issues, but I have an M9A4 that eats everything and its smooth like butter. I had a Micro Dagger that gave me nothing but issues. So that's why I watch small channels like your since, your suggestions hold more weight than the big gun channels and their shilliness Optics are iffy for me since I got astigmatism, and dots look like splooshes. Making your gun better for you, is a great move. It's like your car/truck or the way your dress, I spent money on making my rifles or pistols and shotguns more comfortable and durable to shoot.
Hey I tried finding your instagram to directly contact you due to being the reason I purchased the mc9 and fell in love, long story shorty Midwest gunworks has the mc9 threaded barrels back in stock if you have yet had access to one. Can’t wait for it to arrive !!!
Heavy on that ammo take , if it can’t run everything I can’t say it’s reliable. All of my pistols can run anything including steel cased ammo. I consider that to be reliable.
"Keep my 300 BLK out yo mouth!!!!" Great topic to start a conversation. Here's a few I thought of: •CZ should have made an optic ready P-01 not the Shadow 2 compact. •CZ isn't hipster brand (although behind the times on some things) rather, 2011 is the hipster fad. •Elitism in the Firearms Community about gear, brands and techniques. The play should be what works for the individual not Call of Duty cosplayers. Do those guys know anything about first aid and land navigation? •The lack of firearm knowledge outside of TH-cam: topics like defensive ammo types, Gun Laws and personable people in the gun community are lacking in the streets. •Why aren't ambi ar lowers not a standard now? The platform has been around since the '60s. • I think James Bond should trade in his PPK for the P365. Or a P320 with a self destruct feature.
You tell someone that Sig is a liability to carry they automatically assume you’re a Glock fan boy which is true but I mean I’d rather carry a Springfield. The stories keep coming out and nothing.
A little late to the party but I only have one specific one. I know a lot of people love the stream light protac line of rifle lights. And they admittedly do work well. I just think they are ugly as hell on every rifle/carbine/AR pistol I’ve seen them on.
Woo, woo, woo bud! Hold up now. Every video you have put out i have liked that i have had the chance to watch. But now you are bashing two of my guns. Lol I carry a HKp30sk everyday and i have liked this gun every since i purchased the p30L. I have shot and purchased other brand guns but i keep going back to it. Its the grip for me. Yes i know its chunky but as my co-workers say. I have 6" fingers so i like how it grips and how i shoot with it. So Imma need you to slow down on that part. Lol The other thing is i have a 300blkout(supressed) CMMG. With little recoil. I believe it would be fine for anyone in my household to use being that they have all been to the range with me to shoot it. I understand that the ammo is expensive but i have purchased a 556 with the same setup to train with. Which has a little more kick imo. So im not on full agreement with those two points. But to each his own. Great vidoes and ill definitely be back to the next and the next..... God bless you bro! Keep doing your thing
I am not a fan boy and own striker fired pistols from CZ, Glock, Smith and Wesson and Walther. I will never buy a Sig because there is nothing that Sig does better than any of the other manufacturers. I also will never buy an SRO, I am happy running Holosun SCS or 507c or 507k on my micros. HK Mark 23 is not a bad looking extremely expensive firearm. I can't comment on the 300 Blackout because I don't own one and don't play on it, I do have a 9mm PCC and am going to purchase Tavor X95 next month for as a birthday present. My opinion on compensators has changed after owning and firing them, they are unnecessary and I don't think I would ever use one in a home defense or EDC situation, they are great for the range though. I EDC Shield Plus and have over 20k through the Shield platform with 1 malfunction on the 2.0. Home defense pistol is Glock 19x MOS with Holosun 507c and TLR-1HL.
Man, I couldn't agree with you more. I'm a big Zev fan, carry an Oz9c every day. HK has one of the ugliest handguns out and 300blkout is overrated. 😉 And while I have several P365 variants, I'm not sure I really trust Sig.
People hate on mil spec triggers for ARs but honestly they arent that bad and some of those other lighter triggers would just hinder your progress as a better shooter. Brands do have budget options that are just as good, stop trying to follow those other youtubers
Ports and comps make your gun louder and bullets weaker I have no problem shooting my non comp or ported guns. I not paying close to $400 for a ramjet that makes the gun weaker and louder
Show me a magazine fed handgun and I'll show you a way to make it unreliable with ammo choice. There's always something that can inexplicably make a handgun malfunction.
That VP9 wasn't ugly when you bought it. 300 BLK greatest round invited that we didnt need. Glock is blocky. Take the grip sleeve off that thing only immature and inexperienced shooters have those things.
I’d love to see more controversial takes if you have them.

Ya know most ranges offer unlimited shooting for basically what you pay in two visits, I’d check with yours!

Love these talks, information im not finding anywhere else

Got rid of my sigs because of rust

First of all, I agree with all of your takes. Here’s my contribution to the chat; controversial take: Shadow Systems > ZEV
I agree with PCC's being better for home defense.. they can be suppressed just as easily and are way cheaper to buy ammo for
Bro my 5 year is obsessed while my older two boys are like whatever lol
😂😂
I agree with you a %1000 with the 300 blackout sentiment

Nice bro! I did ended up getting a couple. I’m just waiting on my can for it now lol currently in purgatory hell 😅
Have you shot a Glock 17 or A G17 Clone? And if so how is it compared to a radian ramjet G45

YES CZ SHOULD HAD DONE A OPTIC READY P01
P01 doesn’t need to be optic ready just mill for a direct mount and reject optic plates.
Cyelee Ghost HDG is the duty version of the SRO.. roughly 300.00 cheaper.. many stress test vids out there.

@ haha nope you aren’t alone. I tried one and it did have nice output but man aesthetically it just does not do it for me at all
