Eat healthy, exercise, take vitamin tabs, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil, drink matcha green tea and sleep well.
That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately. 😊

I worked for the largest specialty silicone manufacturer and we made the materials that you will see in most beauty products. The ingredients we make are on the label you’ll see called dimethicone or some variation of that nomenclature. Now there’s nothing wrong with dimethicone it’s not going to hurt you, but it does absolutely nothing for your skin. All it does is basically coat your skin or hair in a thin layer of silicone making it feel softer it doesn’t actually make it softer all youre feeling is the silicone.
In fact, I’m looking at the back of a gold bond lotion bottle right now and the fourth ingredient is dimethicone. It also contains dimethiconol. This stuff is made in Bakersfield, California at a factory. That factory is not concerned about beauty products at all it’s concerned about making silicone and this is just a byproduct of that process, and they found a good place to put it.
Thank you, Dr. Berg for helping people become informed. There are so many ingredients just on this one bottle of lotion im not sure why anyone would put it on their body. I would rather put nothing on then whatever the hell is in that bottle.

After barely surviving sepsis my skin was literally drying out and shedding constantly, it was a nightmare. A skin specialist put me on a waxy ointment called Hydromol and said E45 creams etc weren’t fit for purpose. My skin condition plus a rare pre-existing psoriasis type skin condition completely disappeared, quickly. This isn’t sponsored and is on Amazon for about £10 (UK) for a big 500g tub. It does contain alcohol but worked a miracle for me at least.

This kept me satisfied until dinner but if I found I got hungry I’d maybe slice up some cheese and pepperoni midday or make a lil plate adding some pickles or nuts as well. For sweets I’d have berries because they are the lowest in sugar. Dinner would be a steak and veggies or grilled chicken salad but you really want to keep the protein and fat up so you are satisfied and so your hormones can heal. That lead me more into carnivore. Most people (myself included) think they could never eat mainly meat but you will find you are so satiated it’s wonderful plus you’ll feel amazing. Most moisturizers contain alcohol, which dries and dehydrates your skin. Your moisturizer also gets absorbed into your skin, then into your bloodstream and liver.

There are many natural dry skin remedies that can help, such as vitamin E, coconut oil, and tallow, but the best remedy for dry skin is hyaluronic acid.
Many of your cells make hyaluronic acid, which is also found in your skin and joints. Hyaluronic acid holds 1000 times its weight in water and can keep your skin looking youthful. It’s intimately involved in wound repair and can repair skin after a sunburn.
As we age, our hyaluronic acid decreases. There are also health conditions like progeria that cause you to lose hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid can be injected, used topically, or taken orally. When taken orally, 2.5% of hyaluronic acid is absorbed, which can be enough to replace what you lose as you age.
To get rid of dry, wrinkled hands and skin, take 200 mg of hyaluronic acid daily. You can also use it topically. Look for hyaluronic acid without alcohol, wet your hands, and apply a couple of drops. Rub your hands together to apply. You can also do this to your face.
Also, focus on internal health to get rid of dry skin. Try Healthy Keto® to keep your skin looking healthy.
    Thank you Dr Berg!

I’m a Muslim woman, so we make wudu (which in brief includes washing our face, hands and feet) five times a day before every prayer and after every wudu I spray my face, neck and hands with my rose toner and then I use some hyaluronic acid serum on top of that. Everyone thinks I’m at least 10+ years younger than my age. I think one of the secrets to good skin is to always keep it moisturized after it touches water. I use organic aloe vera as my hand moisturizer as well (I used to have severe eczema and could only use shea butter, then I started only needing coconut oil and now my skin is so moisturized I only need aloe vera all year round). Also massaging the face and hands at least once daily and for a few good minutes with argan oil is 🤌🏻🔥✨

Thats amazing. One thing ive noticed tho is that after doing wudhu daily after about a month those areas naturally release more oil. I think thats good because its producing loads of oil and then we wash it off to give it that perfect balance. Not too oily and not too dry.

This reminds me of when I had fun experimenting with different ingredients when I worked in a phamacy decades ago, mainly with Allantoin, retinol, and vita E in a shea butter, hyaluronic acid cream base. Worked too well, my face was too shiny, and looked odd for a guy in the 1970's. I also noticed the percentage of retinol was too high, as it caused a slight redness reaction with continous usage. I might retry this incorporating castol oil in the ingredient base. :P Thank you Dr, Berg for this 'refresher' course!

PLEASE don't judge the breed! I recently lost my pit/lab boy to bone cancer and he was the BEST dog I've EVER had and he loved like no other in fact his nickname was Loverboy!
My kitty was obsessed with her big brother and children loved him and always wanted to take him home. He LITERALLY saved my life and the doctor in the hospital couldn't believe I wasn't in a coma and said and I quote: "If your dog hadn't brought you to when he did you wouldn't be here today!" The EMT'S were so impressed with him they came back to see me and raved to the doctor's and nurses more about him!!!

Hey i am part African American and my skin tends to get super dry where i currently reside. I live in Montana and it’s insanely dry. Point of this comment is that when i run outside my skin lights on fire and burns so bad. I put lotion on and only take cold showers as that helps. But sometimes i literally want to cry when i run bc it burns so bad.

Started taking the hydrolonic acid. 50 percent better after the first month. Totally better after the second.

I always have dry and cracked hands, as I wash them a lot due to my work, there's winter, and also damage made sewing at home, the threads make things like paper cut whatnot. I have issues using my phone as my thumb is so cracked and worn, there's no phone that would recognize that fingerprint lol. But regarding the topic, when your hands are cracked and dry, here's this quick fix home made scrub that you must try. I'm sure you will feel the difference! Use your black coffee leftovers from the filter, if possible right after brewing and while it's still warm. Use Tbs of coffee, one teaspoon of baking soda, few drops of olive or coconut or castor, argan, any oil that is good for the skin, and mix in a few drops of hand soap, mix it well then wash your hands with warm water, so soften the skin a bit, pat them dry and apply this mixture. Rub in between your palms and fingers, over your hands, play with it for a minute or 2, like you are just washing your hands with the soap. As more time you spend massaging your skin, it gets more effective. Once you feel done, rinse with warm water. Dry your hands and feel them. :-)

Thanks for sharing! I've been working on the keto, but I am struggling with it. I am actually finding out about what seems to be allergies that I never knew about. I always had this thing about milk growing up, and my mother forced it down me anyway. Seems I swell up any time I take much of it in. I thought it was just the sugars, but when I dumped them, the milk came into light. I'm just so thankful to be a faithful listener of your videos. I've gotten rid of my seizures by taking the P-5-P daily, and when I started taking it twice a day, I was able to stay calmer during stressful times. I've been extremely deficient in magnesium for years and just beginning to get some of that back. I just recently added myoinositol powder to things, and I'm waiting to see more of the positive effects from it. Things aren't quite as terrifying as they were, but I know it will take some time to see the full effects of it. I will definitely be looking for the hyaluronic acid as I'm 58 and showing it. The castor oil has helped tremendously already, but if taking the hyaluronic acid can even possibly help my joints as well as my skin, then it will be a tremendous impact in getting back out in the world and doing things that my worn out feeling joints aren't agreeing with at the present time. You did have a video on something you found that helped you move in spite of old painful scars, but I can't remember what it was. I haven't found that one again yet, but I will be looking!

Unfortunately, Dr. Berg does not recommend specific brands, because he can't track the source and quality of materials they use. Dr. Berg is just directing you to the type of supplement that may help so you can begin researching it.

There are places across the Middle East where people have amazing skin as they age - Levant, Saudi & Iran is where I've seen especially women age beautifully. Wash face with a good quality rose water, rub a filtered water ice cube or rose water ice cube ( every morning ), also tulsi neem powders face packs or neem oil face massage weekly (avoid eyes) organic oatmeal packs and drinking pure saffron water.

@@amirhamza7610 most sunblocks cause skin cancer, rose water is super moisturising and you'll see the ice plumps up the skin, herbal face food is one of the very few brands I trust for skincare, even expensive fancy brands are full of chemicals that can overload the liver.

DB seldom recommends third party brands.
The standard response from DB's staff is usually:
"Unfortunately, Dr. Berg does not recommend specific brands, because he can't track the source and quality of materials they use. Dr. Berg is just directing you to the type of supplement that may help so you can begin researching it."

Basic chemistry is that polar compounds like hyaluronic acid are poorly absorbed through skin which is a layer of dead cells. Eating meat and fish makes much more sense in terms of skin health, along with ample vitamin E and D.

It's an interesting subject, I'm a little conflicted on the subject, I'm sure it works but how much is just down to a moisture covering until you wash it off?
I battle our snails as they LOVE the salad garden. 🐌🐌🐌
