Games are getting bigger and can't fit onto one disk. It that were the case today then we would have games on three or four disks😂😂😂

That's why they're starting to run cloud so it's all predownloaded from the Devs end we won't need to do anything

The automatic setting and Google both had me at 15.39. The open home raised me to 17.49. That's only 2 mb/s but that is still faster and I'm glad. Thanks for making this video and giving legitimate tips that work! Thanks alot!

Some stuff looked different for me because this was such a long time ago, but it still worked!
The Open Home DNS setting worked best for me. Changed my download rate for the latest MW update from around a fluctuation of 1-10 Mbps to a steady 29/30 Mbps ! Not much, but definitely better than what I was getting with automatic DNS.
Remember to use ethernet if you can!

Thank you so much! I utilized the Google DNS and it increased my DL speed from 1003.1 kb/s and 1.47 Mb/s (it would switch just between those two numbers) to 41.64 Mb/s. Things are downloading much faster than they were. Of course it could be even faster but I'm content with this.
My download went from default 17gb, to the first one 25gb, and then the last one got it to 70gb. Thank you!

I'm out here wondering why my Xbox says I'm getting 80+mbs when the game is only going up by .01 or .02mbs
Because MBps is different to Mbps. One MB is eight Mb
Lowercase b = bit
Uppercase B = Byte
8 bits = 1 Byte
Therefore, in your case:
80 Mbps (Megabits per second) is equal to 10 MegaBytes per second. For every 1 second, you are downloading 10 Megabytes or 80 Megabits.
