Thank you! I’m 50 and weekends are worse than weekdays, as I preoccupy my mind with being at work mon-fri. By Sunday afternoon, I feel the anxiousness of not having any emotional or mental stimulation by being alone all weekend.
The problem is, the mere thought of being alone makes us to a very crowded place on inside. Lots of small versions of us come to life and ring all bells for danger and pain.
I am afraid of being alone when my parents pass away because I have no husband or children> I am afraid its so bad I might kill myself. Thats how mu7ch fear I have.
nice try, in a time where people get nervous when someone comes nearer as 6 feet to them, and you are even by law compelled to be alone. But he's right that in many occasions being alone is the best thing you can do.
