What Even is "Healing"?

  • Healing is the process of becoming yourself. Everything preventing you from being more of yourself is what needs to be addressed. Overwhelming pain, trauma, persistently unmet needs; these things will convince you to avoid being yourself, because who wants to be a self who is in overwhelming pain, etc.?
    Less-than healthy relationships and environments also disallow us from being ourselves. There are things to address on the inside and on the outside. But to address it seriously, the pain needs to be felt. The first step of the healing process might be to become more conscious of the pain in your heart/life.

    Thank you for this video, it makes A LOT of sense. Feel to heal 👏✨
    I found your short about “I want to Cry but I can’t” because today I felt like crying so much after an important person in my life stopped me while talking from my heart to say “it’s funny how you can keep repeating things”. I felt so sad about it, and I didn’t even logically understand why because the thing I was saying wasn’t even that important for him to hear. It was about something that deeply inspired me. But the level to which I felt like crying didn’t make sense 🤣🤣 Guess it’s part of healing and becoming myself.
