What a player
Seems like Rory is making a more of an effort to hit fades. The only club where he really hit a draw was driver. Look out for some good results at the majors this year!
I don’t get why he tries so hard to hit fades when he’s so good at hitting draws. Whenever he tries to hit a fade under pressure he always hits this slight pull draw exactly like on 18 the other day

I like that he doesn’t show up with a coterie of coaches. Some players have multiple coaches on tour with them. He just shows up alone and practices.

One difference between Rory and Tiger....Tiger never looked around on the range, he was so focused. Everyone else was looking at Tiger.

Ball speed seems 5 mph lower than usual
Neutral left hand grip, slightly weak right hand grip. Left arm aligned with the shaft on short to mid irons. On that long iron, ball position was middle. Not a very wide stance. No flared left foot, feet pretty square. Even with the 5 and 3 wood, ball position is just in front of middle of the stance. Big wide stance for the driver. Ball position just slightly behind left heel. Looks like he's hitting slight fades. No alignment sticks used. Looks like this is the pro-am, judging by the old guy's funky swing warming up near him and the Spaniard, Rafa Cabrera-Bello.
I wanted to see the front on view.
