  • Today we take a look at MINI Plant Swindon, Bridge End Rd, Swindon SN3 4PE.
We find the correct entrance and then speak to security who calls for Lee who tries his best to stop the drone photography.
The thought of something going Viral makes them act this way.
    Enjoy!

I really hate these people who ask a question and the mid sentence rudely interrupt you while you're trying to answer their question. Basically they don't wont to hear your answer as it will prove them wrong. They've made their mind up that they are in the right when clearly they're not.

Love it! I should start recording my interactions as I didn’t realise how entertaining it is, the number of people that are unaware of the laws is crazy, I have often had police come and talk to me and I have had them wait till I land as I simply say please give me a moment to land otherwise it would become ugly as to who is responsible because at this moment your obstructing a pilot who’s flying legally, the cops always wait. They also always ask for ID and I tell them have I done anything at all wrong and they say no and I say ok that’s good because you know my rights. And they ask a few questions like where how long etc, which I tell them exactly and then you see them go to the people who called. I always carry my public liability insurance certificate, licenses, rules, and permissions (depending on the location) and never once have I had an issue (except when I flew near a military base that was performing activities which was not listed on their website so no trouble just asked to land) arghhh I digress, thanks for the entertainment!

People jump to conclusions, based on assumptions.
With the people in these kind of video's you see this being played out. But it says more about them as personalities, than it does about actual common-sense. If you used common sense you would realise that there is now law whatsoever against you taking footage on your phone of 'that place' you are looking down at from the bridge you are stood on.
Just as there is no law against you filming in most museums or exhibitions.
The other reality in these videos here is that these people could get a drone for their young son, and be all too willing to fly it over private property - camera or no camera. They wouldn't even think hard on doing it. Because in the end it is all about ego. Massive, overblown, EGO.... which is why common-sense never gets its foot in the door with these people.

So many companies focus on land and employee breaches but forget air. We are close to an airfield so we have multiple microlights fly over our business, especially during the summer, so we have had to think along these lines. Technology moves and we need to move with it. Again well done young man.

I mean I sorta get it Camera's lead to social media and there are a lot of people who witch hunt looking for things to ruin lives and company images, Social Media can be a very scary thing at times.
So I do get why people dislike them but the way you handle your Audits is better than anyone else I've seen I'm a big fan of LIA and stumbled onto one of your videos when looking to see if anyone in the UK (where I live) was Auditing I get America and the UK are are completely different when it comes to laws and stuff but the way you two handle and talk to people is the right way other audits seem to be far too confrontational too focused on proving there right or provoking a police responce as it attracts more views and potential gains from lawsuits.
