    "the universe either sends you the person to help them or to get better". With this mindset, you're never losing. Great stuff

      The universe? Humans revolve around what’s in space, I don’t think so 🤣

    That's so awesome! The universe is sending you someone, either to help out, or make you better.

    Had an unexpected team meeting this morning, like got notified 20 minutes before the meeting. Then went out prospecting, though I'm predominantly in Telesales because of a lack of my own transportation. But, car or not, working out of my home is something I have dreamt of for over 20 years as someone who has been in the transportation industry, and only recently was fly almost every day of the week.
    I watch your videos and have found tremendous value in them, but as I got home today, I saw this video and was immediately interested, as it focused on tele sales. I've watched this video close to 6 times today, and appreciated your guest talking about the psychology of sales, which is something I started to learn about learning copywriting.
    I sell employee benefits to companies, and often get those quick objections a few seconds into a call, and those are by far the biggest obstacles for me, being a cold caller. I've had my license for a month, but this is a long term career choice for me, so any fruitful help is appreciated.

    My top 3 objections in telesales
    1) price too high
    2) not comfortable giving SS
    3) not comfortable giving banking info

    Ive really struggled alot with clients who already have a ton of life insurance . I usually compliment them on setting it up and try to build them up for doing it then move on. But i dont know if its working. Cody what do you do when someone is saying they already have life insurance and dont need anymore?

    • @EddieLeal

      On phone calls people can simply hang up on you. In person people are less likely to be rude. They may give you a few minutes for you to pitch your product then maybe show you the door.

    I loved listening to Greg, but he was never able to answer the common objection of "I don't have time...." just the polar bear joke. . . which I liked but what else should I say to the objections?! leaving me hanging a bit.

  • @andrelee153
    @andrelee153 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    To be completely honest. I’m aware there is no one answer for objections. This guy just talked about what to do if someone “doesn’t have time” and didn’t explain how to over come anything. He literally said he reverse engineered his thinking so that he can see the moment as an opportunity to learn. Then proceeds to not say what he says to someone who claims they “don’t have time”. Just burnt up 30 minutes of my life waiting on that.

    • @AllGAIMS
      @AllGAIMS 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      He did answer that question. “Your time is valuable too.” In other words, agree with him because you’re busy as well and maybe set-up a face2face appointment. Thats what I do. But work it how you can. If he didn’t have the time, he wouldn’t had answered the phone. That simple. Understand your clients and don’t push, pull.
