I'm struggling with objections and I have NEVER struggled with objections but I i ended up getting my life insurance license in January 2024.. it's the end of my first full week on the phone is an agent and I've yet to get a sale.
@@Skyhawk656 I'm no longer doing that. But at the height when I was a customer service rep, I was making 400+ per day when I was doing outbound calls. For inbound, I was doing 8-10 per day because the inbound calls were less than the outbound.
I wish someone could give me a straight answer...what do I ask for or look for when joining an agency ? What does a charge back mean to me? What kind of pay structure is considered good?
Hey, when choosing the right agency to work for you want to look at their training process. Do they have good training? Do they focus on their agents development. Are the managers genuinely supportive. One big thing to look for is CULTURE. How is the culture. Are they lazy, are they hungry, is the energy/vibe good. Culture is very important. Does the agency have a winning mindset. Also you want an agency that focuses on skill set training first, over recruiting. Big red flag if they want you recruiting out the gate without you sharpening your skills first and making money. As far as commissions go. It varies. 45% to 55% and up is ok. Make sure they also have a great bonus structure.
What are you selling & what type of lead are you calling? Different approaches to the introduction after the Getting past the 1st 45 seconds of a call you want to start disarming the client. Different initial approaches based on what product, least type & prospects.
lol @ picking up her phone. Like c'mon... but then she said having a plan. Everyone does have a plan. It's just that some and very few work. Stats show that 90% of life agents quit in less than 15 months.
You will go broke and starve sleeping in your car doing this. Better off managing a Starbucks franchise. And I say this because no one gets anywhere the first year doing this. They sell it to you as it being your own business, but you still got bosses to answer to and can ger fired. It's a revolving door.
I feel Like Cody needs to short his videos to about 3-5 minutes and just get specific points out of the interview not 30 minute videos that leave you with nothing .
I definitely keep my goals in my head, and I tend to drift off sometimes as well.
Great video !! I love her story definitely will be picking up the phone more after this interview 🙌🏾
Thanks ya’ll for your time 💯
Any time!

Happy to help!
This is so true, we don't like picking up the phone and so many things require a first step: pick up the dang phone lol
Definitely true! Thanks for the comment

Learn what not to say and you'll take a couple steps forward. The first 30 seconds are crucial. Cut it down and avoid the unnecessary
We can sell Lawyers Professional Liability with P&C? I guess we can, it's like an Errors and Omission. Never thought of it, good idea.
Go Victoria!!
She's a beast! We need to get you on the channel again soon 🙏
Good video
