This is one of the most helpful lessons so far. There really isnt a template people can follow out there which is probably why there isnt any consistently. But this stuff is gold!
This was the best training I have found. You broke down "Finding the PAIN" this is what I keep hearing but no one to break down what they means. Thank you Cody and THANK YOU David for taking the time to help us!!!
Great content as always Cody! Love you brought David in for a podcast. The guy is wisdom for days. You and he were two of the biggest inspirations for my career change to insurance. Cool seeing you both together.
Wow, this was incredible! I have not even started studying for my exam yet, but I have been doing all the research and this was so helpful! I learned so much! Heading over to your website now.
lol!!! thanks for not editing that out. That was sooo funny! and really informative. I am going to use Mr. Duford's mock information because it is so logical, empathetic and information.
@@Grandwebberrsimplest way, start knocking on doors. Start calling random numbers off phonebooks/databases. You won’t get the best contacts at first, but as long as you have a good product and you can sell, you can get a few clients and ask for referrals
I'm trying to sell like 4 likes to existing policy holders, it's quite difficult trying to get customers to open up to a fact find as they have not requested a call. Any tips ?
Quick question why would you not do some sort of needs analysis to find out exactly how much discretionary income they actually do have instead of asking what they can afford?
Hi Oscar, all you need to do is study for the life license in your state. I'd also get your health insurance license out of the way while you're at it.
Fantastic Presentation Gentlemen, Absolutely Insightful And Innovative! Greatly Appreciated. Toenality And Presence Over The Phone, I Concur 💯 Thank You Both!
The guy in the brown looks like WWE superstar Randy Orton and the guy in the blue looks like a really skinny Chris Farley but this is probably the greatest sales presentation for life insurance I’ve ever seen. You guys are amazing.
I do in person only final expense with Lincoln Heritage in Tennessee. I closed 4 my first week. Tomorrow starts my second week. These videos really help me.
Owesome! Just applied for my License and can’t wait what’s waiting for me . Very confused where to work? To which company to work, and weather I should do Captive or independent ? Please help. Thank you for the wonderful experience.GBU both
Ultimately, you’re not buying life insurance for your own benefit. It’s a selfless purchase. That’s the point that you have to make to your client in order to highlight the true value of the policy.
term insurance is still a good product for the right customer. lets say its a younger person with a family that is more worried about replacing his income if something happened to him in his younger years. In this case term insurance could be good especially if that person knows that if they outlive the term and they make good income and they are confident that they would have enough to pay for their funeral afterwards.
18:15 I had a woman go through the whole process and get to the interview just to find out she was taking dementia pills. Definitely reading the questions fully from there on out 😂
There are not people without an account if they get government monies. With very few exceptions. And those exceptions are almost always mental incapacity. You’re not writing that person anyway.
A lot was useful however I do not agree wholelife is better than term. He did not get into the specifics of whole life which is that it cost more and you only get 1 of the 2 componets the investment tool or the death benifit. You pay for both but only get 1. You are better off getting term and invest the diffrance then you have both. Also yes term runs out but if you out live it then you won you did not die early and its likley your children are grown and your home should be paid off so its ok that it runs out.
If there was really that much money, they wouldn't be sharing it with everyone... They are looking to brand a TH-cam teaching channel. Those who can't succeed, usually teach TH-cam how to videos now...
Cody's questions to David shows that Cody really has no idea what he's talking about if he was actually going to sell a client. He's a master BSer at best. Those guys come and go and most end up either in prison or in hot water with insurance regulators.
That comment is extremely ignorant and baseless, obviously you've not done you're research and typing from your mother's basement. If you don't understand something keep your mouth shut and your ears open.
You buy term and invest the difference.. Clever way to get someone to buy into a policy that wont benefit them like whole life policies where the client is not being told of a surrender charge, in the first five years you lose your money. No savings, you are paying for 2 options and you only get 1, if you want to borrow against the policies you are being charged a 4%-8% interest rate to borrow your own money. You also failed to educate on when you die you lose the cash value. You whole life agents aren't not honest tell the client how you are taking there money because cash value policies pay more to the agent in commissions stop this nonsense these are people lives remember you have a code of ethics to abide by don't be the bad car salesmen to your clients and their families
What's this dudes credentials? Licensed life insurance agent? Is that it? Also, terrible life insurance if you just have it for death and can't use it while you're alive. Terrible.
Fired up,I find it amazing that the quality of the presentation comes down to structure and qualifying question with segment of client acknowledgment. I learned how to sell cars this way. Small yeses. Cody I need more I will be calling your office for FE leads.
@@TheDIGAgency oh wow man! Didn’t realize you were local to me, if you ever do anything local in town regarding speaking events or seminar, let me know I’d love to meet you. You and Cody got me into insurance 3 years ago and helped me change my life financially. 🙌🏽
This is literally the best guest I've seen so far. I realized I need to fix my presentation and this is literally gold and many should see this.
Thanks!
LOVE this cat's sense of humor. Can you imagine the stories he could tell?!

I’ll withhold comments on the presentation itself.
But I’m glad y’all put this out there.
Thanks for watching, JD. A good bit of this presentation is borrowed from Tim Winders and a little from Andrew Fike =)

Hi, how do you get clients?

Set up the call to do a service call to update beneficiary information, etc., then transition into an adding coverage conversation.
Quick question why would you not do some sort of needs analysis to find out exactly how much discretionary income they actually do have instead of asking what they can afford?
You can, but my gut is most FE clients don't manage their budget, so no need to ask. They buy what sounds affordable.
I'd want to start studying to sell final expense, what course do you recommend for me to acquire my license to sell insurance?
Hi Oscar, all you need to do is study for the life license in your state. I'd also get your health insurance license out of the way while you're at it.
@@TheDIGAgencyThank you David OSS!
Can you find policy for $10/month and how much coverage would that be?
Depends on the age and carrier. I think my cheapest policy I sold was $7 or $8 a month on a mid 50 year old.
Great job David! Loving the content lately Cody, fantastic host!
Thank you!
Cody, where do you find is the best place to get "Final Expense " leads ?
I like this guy! This helped me soooooo much!!!!! Thank you😊😊😊
Glad to hear!
May some elaborate the the opening of tje call before rapport builder?

In our agency, we use mostly Facebook generated leads for final expense.

What did you end up doing

Master Class right here!

Term + Perm
Term that’s at least convertible is definitely good for younger clients

Why not take your term life and convert it to a level IUL if you could afford it? Increasing life is more expensive of course but you have options
55k ppl watched this and the rest are struggling im sure

Explain Ed Mylett then? Or the hundreds of other millionaires who want to better their business and others with the things they’ve learned.
I can"t believe that this guy actually sells life insurance but has no life insurance on his own.
Lol who doesn’t have life insurance?
I didn't own life insurance for my first few years in businses.
