    You’re totally right about iron. I started getting white hair and suffering from hair loss. Only years later did I did blood tests for ferritin and I had almost none left.

      Not at all . As a doctor I can tell u it induces oxalates leading to kidney stones . Too much of everything is bad . Be mindful

    Pumpkin seeds,vitamin c is already helping..thanks for this video. However during ovulation time i loose 100 hair for about 2 days. Result is right side of the hair, backside of the hair reduces and becomes very thin.

    Dear such a great video. But what I see is mostly all youtubers on TH-cam ignore the vitamin D role in hair maintenance while Vitamin D deficiency hair loss is very severe. This hair loss is even more difficult to control than hair loss due to other vitamins deficiency. Make people aware about it as well as stress management too.

      Eat lots of meat(free range,organic)beans,eggs,berries,vegetables,seeds and nuts,lots of water and get daily exercise brush your hair before you shower,and use a big tooth comb if your hair is long wear it in a braid whenever you can and give it hair oils or just coconut oil,and protein treatment if you use haircolours or bleach take a break:)

      Glossy Girl apply lemon juice and shampoo your hair with a good anti dandruff shampoo...if you have oily dandruff, then avoid applying oil to your scalp... instead, you can apply onion juice... Mix onion juice and lemon juice together and keep it for 45 minutes and shampoo with a good anti dandruff shampoo... Do this twice a week ... It works...

    I think hair loss between inside n outside. Yes u must take that all foods mention here, but the absorption is less than u expect. Bcs hair is the last part than body transfer the vitamin. That's why if u lack of vitamin n mineral, ur hair will falling out alot. For me, i already eat what u mention here n nothing's changed after i change my shampoo, it reduces my hair loss
