    I have tried countless things. The sole things that really worked for me: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 30 minutes, eating right, using quality shampoo as well as oil. I use just liiitlleextra ccoconinon shampoo & hair oil together for this reason and it does the work. The hairfall got under control with it.

    i could control hair fall and make my hair stronger by doing these things:
    1- i ate more food with protein and vitamins like lentils, avocadoes, berries, chia seeds, nuts, beans, plain greek yogurt, spinach, soy bean, and so on.
    2- i did yoga or exercise every day for 15 minutes to make my blood flow better.
    3- i ate more protein and less junk food.
    4- i drank 6-7 glasses of water every day.
    5- i stopped using my old hair products and started using LitttleExtra’s coconion anti hair fall kit.
    6- i oiled my hair only in the evening because it attracts dust and pollution during the day.
    7- i stopped using plastic combs and started using neem combs.
    by taking care of my habits and using the right products, i was able to solve my hair problems.

      Yeah i need to try that as well. I assumed i was deficient in protein and vitamins. Ive started to eat more food like that and also did more stretching

    Aside from diet:
    De stress!!!!!
    Regular exercise / movement / hobby
    Sleep well
    As well as looking after the hair you have, good sulfate free hair care etc

      @@VZ-Warrior_Soul I use personally the Davines hair products, but I think it's a lot of trial and error to be honest, finding what feels good for your hair, but should at least be sulfates free and gentle, I also juice every day, I don't juice fruit, I only juice veggies, everyday: steam/sometimes raw spinach + kale + celery + beetroot + tumeric + lemon juice + a good portion of ginger , then on the side of my dinner (which consists mostly of salmon + chicken with more veggies / beans, I will cook a side of asparagus and broccoli - it's hard work because you must be consistent, there is no way around that, discipline, I do take supplements ( JS Health bits for hair & energy) , a probiotic, ashaguwana and magnesium, collagen) - and my hair has turned around, I have re growth and the quality is the best it's ever been , you can turn your health around, force the nutrients into your body like crazy, you will see the benefits if you stick to it

      @@princemv9085 do a quick Google search on how much protein you require based on your weight, gender etc. And based on that add more protein to your diet! I personally have added protein shakes to my diet and has made all the difference. I wasn't exaggerating when I said hairfall ceased the next day! It took me about 6 months of hair growth and you would never guess that I suffered hairfall to even begin with!

    Remember that if you feel stress, any other emotional disorder your hair will reflect this. Sufficient sleep, workout not only for body but for the mental health, proper food, positive emotions and balanced intake of vitamins/supplements. You shouldn’t take more than 5 different supplements a day, better distribute them periodically. For me it works well if I take vit c 1 gr, zinc - 14 mg per week and daily fish oil with bigger concentration of dha (Nordic naturals for example) and complex of vit A+E. And I make natural masks for scalp before washing my hair and aloe vera soft part from their leaves once a week. So far got lion hair ..

    Two really important things guys: Do not consume more than maximum of 40 mg of zinc per day, if you decide to try it. Zinc deficiency is very rare and toxicity from it would have some serious consequences. Also, do not take iron without checking your blood and ferritin levels first - too much iron will also cause your hair to fall out and a bunch of nasty other things. And your body will not get rid of it, unless you bleed or have doctors do platelet procedures. Thank you for this video, it is very informative, but unfortunately this information was not included.

    Here’s what worked for me
    1. Stop worrying about hair loss
    2.Stop counting how many hairs you are losing a day
    3. Exercise min half an hour daily and eat healthy
    4. Meditation
    5. Homely prepared hair oil application every day after bath(coconut oil and some herbs)
    6. Eat a handful of green gram sprouts daily
    7.Most important- rubbing finger nails 10 mins morning and before sleep(do it on an empty stomach for max benefits)
    Try it for a month and thank me later.

    Some things that affected my hair loss:
    1. Iron deficiency
    - Make sure that you get your iron levels checked. It's especially important if you're a woman under 50 and you get your period regularly, if you have a thyroid disease or if you're pregnant. Your iron levels should be over 100 for your body to be able to function properly. If your iron levels are under 30 it's concidered as a serious iron deficiency.
    2. Not eating enough
    - Suffering of an eating disorder has messed up my view of food and how much I should eat. I ate way too little for a long time because I was obsessed with loosing weight. My daily HEALTHY calorie intake is around 1800 calories but I only ate about 900-1300 calories. I also didn't get almost any protein at all.
    3. Scalp scratching
    - I started scrathing my scalp as a result of anxiety. I didn't think it would affect my hair but I noticed that the place I scratched the most had less hair than other places around my head. Stopping the scratching has been the hardest part so far because I do it automatically...

      I found out my iron levels were severely low in the single digits. After three months of iron pills I just made it to 35, which is out of deficiency. Still have a long way to go. And now that you point it out, I do end up running my fingers through my scalp a lot and scratch even if there's no itch.
      Were you able to get your iron above 100? If so, have you seen a change in your hair at all?

      Now you come to mention it you are absolutely right! Once I stopped eating marmite because my folic acid was sky high, I became unwell although my hair started to improve! I have resumed eating marmite now gradually and yes we are very lucky to be able to buy it here in the UK!

    I had the same issue and though because of covid .
    I found out on my case after blood work that I had iron deficiency . After taking a strong iron supplement and iron rich milkshakes, new hair started coming out.
    Not sure if covid absorbs to much iron on your body but it all happened after covid.
    But iron deficiency has something to do with hair loss .

    If your hair is falling because of anemia guys even if you are eating lots of foods which help the hair grow will not help you why guys,because first you need to treat your anemia .Your body needs more iron and when you help your anemia,everything will start growing normally.Eat foods rich in iron and proteins.There are so many choices then when your iron levels improve ,your will feel better and everything will start to work normally in you.I have very bad anemia and I am talking from my own experience.I am eating all foods who help the hair to grow and though nothing really work till you don’t treat the real problem why your hair is falling in first place.wish you all the best.
