I'm 49 and this is the ONLY Benz I have ever really wanted. I've had Supra, NSX, E34 5, E36 3, Stingray, Jag XK, XJ, and latest a Giulia. The first AMG I ever was aware of was the 1986 "Hammer". Never wanted one until THIS one! The sound, the interior, the crazy engine at THIRTY PSI!! Its just so stupidly magnificent that I think I'll give the Giulia to my wife so I can get one! :-) Enjoy!
Good video. I’m seeing more and more of these videos now that the car is becoming more available. I took delivery of mine last month and I love it. Got it fully loaded. Every package known to man. Drives like a dream. Love how firm and tight the suspension is and how it really hugs the road and the corners.

If I was rich, I'd nag Mercedes USA/Canada to import an Shooting Brake model and I wouldn't care how much I'd have to pay. I seriously love this car's look.
I wanna test drive one. It might be a perfect trade off from my Model 3 Performance, but it’ll be hard to get rid of the Model 3 as it’s such a great car. This facelift looks way better than the 19 and earlier.

Ilias G1 i agree with you buddy the bad thing about this car m talking about the s model is just the price but look at the bright side you drive the world powerful 4 cylinder car and it’s 421 hp with a drift mode and smart safe mode also you got 4 years Garantie and it’s a luxury sport car in the same time here in Germany it cost 63000€ and everyone here drive it which means it’s not that expensive lol they call it the baby amg GT63s
@@einsteinalbert6236 I am afraid we have an extra car tax called the VRT (Vehicle Retention Tax) which basically is a tax that protects Ireland's car dealerships. This on top of VAT tax. Just say I bought this car in Germany for €65,000 and I will personally import it to Ireland. That would be a great saving for me if I were to buy it in Ireland. A lot of people saw this saving and started to do this but the Irish car dealerships were losing alot of sales. So the Irish government decided to slap the new VRT tax to stop individuals buying new cars in Europe where car prices and specs are much better. They even add VRT if you have optional extras added to your car. Hence that's why it cost so much in Ireland.

I test drove one this morning. It got a big NO from me. Sure, it's moderately faster than a non AMG CLA. The problem is it doesn't feel like a real AMG, no crazy power. And the ride was really stiff for no reason.
The ride was stiff since its an A-class with a sport suspension and not a smooth s-class. I also dont get the "it's moderately faster than a non AMG CLA" since the CLA-45s has about twice the hp compared to the highest non amg cla and the same 0-100 as the C63 (ofc when you go faster the C63 will pull away). Dunno what you expected but keep in mind, at the end of the day its an A-class.
@@roarbahamut9866 I don't know the real numbers but the website says it's a little over 1 second faster 0-60 going from CLA to AMG CLA and the amg upgrade is only about 80 more hp...I don't know what year you're comparing C63 but a 2020 is way faster in every aspect. What I had in mind, when something has an AMG badge, is crazy horsepower and speed. Without those you don't have AMG. Those who know, know.

Why in USA always the cars have less power than in EU? In EU the 45s has 421hp not 416 hp
Marcin Bystrzycki it’s the same hp, EU uses the metric standard so it’s rated at 421 metric hp over there, which is equivalent to 416 hp over here.

Wait till the second generation of the face lifted cla45 is out and then buy the first one (around 1yr old) for like 40-50k
