    This look really cool but aren't neccesary. I can do all those things with barbell, landmine and dumbbell. I still want them though. Lol. However now iam debating between the titan plate loaded cable functional trainer and the rogue arms🤔🤔

      Agreed. I bought the titan t-3 lever arms and just don't hardly use them. :(

    I have the shorter arms, put them in the rack so the arms can rest on the spotter arms for shoulder/bench presses. Thanks for the video, coming up with additional exercises for these arms is half the fun... You forgot standing calf raises ;)

    Informative video. A question for you. I have the Rogue Rhino Squat Rack. So I can only have the arms outside. Should I go for the 35 or 48 inches arm?

    • @UnleashedFitnessNC
      @UnleashedFitnessNC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’d say the 48”. You can do everything that the 35 can do, plus some!

    would you recommend the longer or shorter arms? got the long ones ordered but hearing short is the way to go. short ones cant be used for leg press like sorenix i hear though. any comments

    • @UnleashedFitnessNC
      @UnleashedFitnessNC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven’t actually used the short arms. Id recommend long based off the fact you can do everything the short arms can do & more because the extra length.

    Did you have to bolt your rack to the floor in order to use the trolley arms ? I have the same rack on the way.

    • @UnleashedFitnessNC
      @UnleashedFitnessNC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t think it’s necessary. But, ours is bolted down because I don’t want it to slide into the wall when the bar gets racked hard.

    How u doing g brotha?brother?? Its been a while. Hey do u still recomend the functional trainner over the leverage arms? I sold my prx rack and Valor lat pull down machine and some other equipment so iam looking for stuff to buy...I was looking at the rhino belt squat plus rack and it looks like I can do tons of exercises with it besides belt squats I can even add a slinger to do lat pull downs too. Anyways even thinking everyday what to buy..ether the rhino belt squat plus rack or rep fitness with ares or one of thoes all in one functio al trainners like brute force and it comes with leverage arms, weight stack, smith machine, cable system. etc...etc..they are all close to same price about $4000.
    I know it's my decision but if you were in my shoes what would you prefer. I habe 2 lower buldging disk in my lower back so belt squats will be cool I guess. I know rep has a belt squat attachment too. Anyways iam looking for the one that is more versatile

      Hey man. The lever arms a still pretty solid. But, I don’t think I’d buy them again. For a home gym, I’d definitely go with a power rack that has an integrated cable system like a Prime rack.

    My left one is super good ... movement wise etc.. my right one is pissing me off

      should be some set screws on the back to make adjustments to the rollers.

    I really like the "chest supported row". Any ideas on how to stop the bench moving when pulling heavy weight please? How does it compare to an iso lever seated row machine?

    • @rhenzlemuel09
      @rhenzlemuel09 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe use the spotter arm to stop the bench from moving.

    • @UnleashedFitnessNC
      @UnleashedFitnessNC  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Easiest way would be to lean some 45 or 55 pound plates against the bench to help with counter weight. Feels pretty good compared to an iso lever seated row, but of course the lever arms are way cheaper & more versatile!

    Is your rack bolted down?

    • @UnleashedFitnessNC
      @UnleashedFitnessNC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it is now. But it wasn’t during this video. But that shouldn’t effect these exercises. Especially with all the weight on the plate storage. We just wanted to bolt it down so it didn’t move when we racked squats etc.

    • @legion2590
      @legion2590 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you put a lot of weight on those arms and swing them out and away from an unbolted rack... you're gonna have a bad time.

    That's a pretty sweet idea but I checked the price and said aye

    • @UnleashedFitnessNC
      @UnleashedFitnessNC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, but the price to get plate loaded machines for all these exercises is well over $10,000 where these are only $1,000. Pretty great for a home gym or a small training gym like ours. Once we have a larger space, we’ll get some plate loaded machines & sell these.
