Kris been following you since 12 week video trainer in 2011 (I think) taught me a lot! I would LOVE to see a review of how your mindset has changed since filming that series, what beleifs did you have in terms of training, diet and lifestyle which no longer apply in your mind now. (Having worked in both the fitness industry and now with Public Health England, we know how much more information is out there and how our mindsets change). Huge respect and thanks for all your years of knowledge!

Your still considered carnivore with your cup pf coffee ❤. As long as your 70% animal based. You will see some carnivores add in veh and fruit even. Carnivore is also a subset of keto. Most carnivores would recommend going the forst month or three strict then add other things in to see how your body reacts

For Keto its 70% fats, 25% protein and 5% carbs. For Carnivore I would look up Dr Ken Berry MD here on the tube and click on his Carnivore 101 playlist.
All them carbs killed me. I began my fitness journey with his 12 week hardcore back in 2012 and carried that 6 meals a day since then and it wrecked my insulin system, and COULD not loose weight no matter how hard I tried. And I had discipline from the Army. Now I can drop fat FAST safely and or maintain. Still will always love Kris he is my favorite. He is the reason why I have a motion detecting night light in the bathroom at night and it helps my eye a bunch!

No, this is a concept that’s been around years before Shawn, but I respect his work. I just wanted to try it. I enjoyed it and it did well to reset my gut microbiome but I prefer veggies with my meals
I missed it somewhere . I have been very busy but I would like to know what this is all about and what your end goal is . What do you know of what this diet does? I have noticed you look very huge and really thinned out . That is the best look I want . Like Hrithik . What is the difference between this diet and his. Maybe I should know what this is too? 🙏
No way. I do vegan for 4 weeks every year to help alleviate stress from my digestive system but I lose too much muscle over extended periods of time. My health markers always increase when I add first class proteins
@@olevia4942 Try a no fiber diet, and you'll see that you won't get constipated, you'll have regular smooth bowel movements once a day and your bowels will feel empty. Fiber actually makes you constipated and causes lots of discomfort Do white rice and meat only, see how your bowels will thank you

What are your impressions of the carnivore diet so far? Similar to keto but less fat and no veggies? What are the daily macros on a carnivore diet?
Carnivore is keto. It is just all animal based foods. Check out Paul Saladino if you want carnivore info.

No organ meats? I switch sometimes to keto and back to carnivore…for 7 years I’m 55 and look better than I did in my 20s
