I started using this machine Apr. 3 months ago. It has been a big help. I started to sleep thru most nights. I got rid of most of my brain fog. I just feel better. Can't say enough about it.

Don’t Let them give you a cpap machine that they can control from their office. They shut off the tube heating without telling me. After a month of an ice cold lung causing me a lot of pain during the day, I finally figured out what they did to me. I am considering suing them. I almost went to the hospital over this.

The replacement filters are different from the ones that come with the unit. No changing instructions are provided with the machine. Does the rough or smooth side of the filters face the machine at the air outlet?

I had the Philips really a disaster before this, then went to MRA bracket that had too little effect. This year I owned the Resmed11 and what a relief this device is, my sleep is short but of good quality, I have more energy and better quality of life. Glad I got this device up and running and I use it every night.

Is there a hack to get the bends out of air hose? Damned thing has a life of its own!

Airsense 10 user "upgraded" to airsense 11. I am a higher pressure person (15) and this new unit has been nothing but issues for me. Its LOUD, the high pitch whistling wakes me up many times at night. The fan portion itself is WAY louder than the 10. There IS NO WAY that this machine is as quiet as the 10. The Humidity chamber 90% of the time goes dry and so do I. This machine goes thru way to much water, rarely making it a night with anything left. I have adjusted the humidity settings to match the 10.... On auto its worse. Do yourself a favor and skip this thing. Positive things, I like the design and the on/off button is easy to find. Otherwise this machine gets two thumbs down from me. Good enough for a backup, but not a long term solution I want to hear for the next 5 years....

03:50 if it connects that is, the Resmed uses ATT towers so if your not in range of a local tower, then this is not the machine for you. Also the machine does not always send in your data so it is hit or miss, it is advanced but also it has flaws like pressure changes can be extreme and wakes you up several times per hour, the Resmed 10 is a much better machine.

I used the 11 last night for the first within one hour I had a migraine. I so disappointed. I already go to bed with a back hips and feet pain theme to have one of the worst headache in my life. Believe me I'm still wanting to take a hammer to this even this morning only after one hour.

This machine is junk. I wake up suffocating more than I ever did without it. Yes the settings are correct.

it's prob the mask, you get one free mask exchange when you first start using the machine so while I personally do not like the Resmed 11 if you feel suffocating I would try to wear the mask while you are awake watching TV to get through the anxiety that Apap or Cpap can cause when first using it. You can also ask your doctor to start you off at a low pressure and increase it over time instead of starting off at a higher setting, its your health take control of it. You got this!

I agree that this machine is a failure. The water runs out in 3-4 hours and I wake up with such a burning nose. I have been using CPAP for 13 years and have never had this issue. So sorry I bought this airsense 11. I hate using it every night and my supplier cannot change back to airsense 10.I am stuck with it for the next 5 years. i have advised two friends NOT to get air sense 11 and they stayed with airsense 10.

Talk to your doctor or your CPAP therapist... I have never had a problem - other than remember what cleaning procedure.
