    Tried the receipe. worked very well. I use a philips 750watt mixer, I used the small chutney grinder. Realised that almond quantity has to be enough and not too little.

      Didn’t your mixer heat up? Mine heats up badly for almonds, works better for peanuts or coconut butter tho it heats up too

    I made it with smaller quantity life 250gm almonds and it took only 15 min starting from roasting to transferring it to an air tight container....quick and easy...thanks

    Nisa! I'll save quite some money with this terrific receipe since i'll stop buying the expensive raw, white almonds that sells for 3 times the price of the ones you use, so thank you Madame for this super healthy trick :) I pray it will turn out okay if I use my coffee grinder... my chutney one died... kids went crazy using it :(

      +Ruchi Jindal you can add honey or jaggery. Since nut butters are used as a topping with fruits etc, you actually dont want it to be sweet, it is best to keep it natural. Pls check my healthy snacks ideas for more! thanks for being here :)

      +PonmalarSG If she does not like walnuts, try to give her badam....just soak badam in water overnight and peel and give in the morning. you can also grind and add it into her milk... try it!
