@@rutvapatel2522 Assuming you are talking about bananas, they don't really spoil the taste, once frozen it works since it adds the right texture. If you don't like bananas you can try modulating the proportion a little bit. Also I tried with the small elaichi bananas so see if that helps.

To make this keto/low carb, you can use avocado instead of the banana and powdered keto sugar, like allulose, xylitol, etc (put the granular sugar in a coffee grinder to powder it) or even liquid stevia for the chocolate version. For vanilla, use a small avocado but include a can of cold full fat coconut milk or whip a can of coconut cream to stiff peaks instead of the banana and blend.

I actually made a strawberry vanilla smoothie yesterday with half an avocado, coconut milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice, vanilla extract, 4 medium to large strawberries and powdered erythritol and it was so delicious - best tasting and healthier than getting this at a restaurant for sure. I also made a chocolate version with avocado and added peanut butter, cacao powder, vanilla, powdered erythritol, ice, coconut milk, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It was so tasty, I don't taste the avocado at all anytime I use it in a smoothie.
