I can't speak to anyone else's experience with them. All I know is mine is still working fine a year or so in. If it does crap out, I'll do an update.

I musta got the friday afternoon build. Mine worked the first time , after that it would ONLY work the first time, on something very bright white , after that it would not read. It was a deal that turned out to be a fail. Gotta go spend some money.

Hate to hear that Ken. Mine is still working great in it's second deer season. Hopefully you just got a bad one! Did you reach out to TideWe for a replacement or refund?

I did get a reply to my concern rather quickly, however, they are asking me to be very specific about the way the unit is being used ie; time of day , weather , surface being ranged . I've read the instructions and feel a little slighted , I'm only dumb in my choice of women. I gave them a detailed description of usage , the ball is their court.@@MobileDeerHunter

TideWe sent a replacement rangefinder and it arrived today. So far so good , it will get the real test this weekend. BUT , I gotta say , the customer service dept is an example for all customer service agents. These guys were on it like white on rice. They got back to me IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! TideWe stands behind their product and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.@@MobileDeerHunter

yea my tidewe rangefinder is awsome too.... had it for 45 days teied it once worked fine put it away got it out to range a deer. 15 yards... everything is 15 yards so yea awsome rangefinder 🤬

I've had a couple people tell me they had issues with theirs, but mine is still working fine after two full deer seasons. Did TideWe replace it for you?
